The absolute worst experience and customer service I have ever encountered. I am a home builder and while building my personal home, Fergusons was an absolute nightmare to work with. My rep, Tara, was always out and never gave her direct phone number - after spending 10's of thousands of dollars on plumbing, lighting, and appliances, I had to email her or call into the dispatch to get in contact with her and she would reply MAYBE within 48 hours. They sold me a complete DUD of a generator for my steam shower AND the $14k refrigerator they sold me broke multiple times within the first 8 months. Again, Tara was "always out" and would not call back - only reply via email after days. Finally, I had to work directly with the manager Jennifer, who put in a request to have an appliance company come out and try to fix it, but it could not be fixed. When we started requesting a replacement - everyone was "out of office" and "unreachable". Do yourself a favor and order anything you need directly online from the multiple websites to choose from or ANY OTHER middle man when it comes to these things. THEY ARE THE WORST!!
Also, to add to this, this is how they sell you products:
Tara "I don't know what size your bedroom is, but you should go with this size and style fan" (the most expensive one)
Me: what I wanted to say: You don't know what size the bedroom is? Don't you have my building plans in front of you AND the size of a room 100% determines the size of the fan.
Instead, I just sent her my designers recommendations for fan size according to room size...so she can have it handy in the future.

Needed a faucet handle that was not available at Lowe's or Ace hardware. The clerk at Ace suggested Ferguson. Went to Ferguson's in Murfreesboro, which is about 15 miles from the house. The gentleman that helped was very nice, we got the handle needed and it works well!

I called about a Dishwasher and Ferguson could get one in few days. The install was one and a half weeks out because they are so busy. We looked at other stores and found it would take longer to get what we wanted.

Tara T. was/is our design point person at this location Although we have not completed our remodel in full due to construction delays, she is just wonderful, with a great eye for design, finishes, and the ability to review blueprints and see the “big picture” for a cohesive aesthetic. As for the client services, they are on point also. When I needed to exchange or replace an item, they made the process seamless and were very professional.

My daughter built a house and used Ferguson for her appliances. Things were not delivered on time, the washer hose leaked, the dishwasher didn't work and the gas burners were not put together correctly. She was promised a "loaner" dishwasher which never showed up. When they gave her a delivery date for the new dishwasher (several weeks later), the delivery never showed up and no one knew what happened. They fixed the washer pipe with flex seal! Seriously? It's a brand new washer, just put a new hose on. Getting someone to answer the phone was a rare thing and return calls seldom happened. Very disappointing!
