4 packages in a row have been delivered 150yds down the road from my house. I have put in delivery directions time and time again and your drivers still can’t look at the mailbox to confirm the address.

Still waiting on my package. It's 10 days late at this point, and I keep being told to wait. It's been on a truck 3 times so far, but still nothing. They need to drop Express from their name.

It’s amazing that with all the technology we have today they can’t tell you what is going on with your delivery. 3 days in a row says out for delivery nothing shows up and they have no clue where it is. You can’t call this place that has your package and isn’t delivering it to figure out what is going on. FedEx is a joke.

You can't reach anyone in the US for assistance. You get an idiotic script that doesn't help with any inquiries.

I really like when I get a $1200 phone delivered and the guy tosses it on my concrete porch.

I have a $100+ rug bought on Walmart deal days to be delivered and I was so excited about until for some unknown reason the address had been “corrected” from Shelbyville to Eagleville without authorization. It has now been delayed for 2 days. Sounds like someone either can’t follow directions or can’t finish their deliveries. I would love to come get it except I can’t find your hours. ??

Ordered tire for vehicle I needed asap… arrived at their facility at 7 am … I am only 3 miles away…. Waited all day for the delivery and then boom operational delay… they need to get their stuff together…

Turns out, I had a landlord who blamed FedEx for every delivery problem. Well, it was discovered that the landlord was a documented liar and placed blame on everyone else but herself.

Emili Brown and Rick are the most unprofessional people ever! They are the contractors for S&E operations! If they offer you a job run!!! They won’t pay you and will block you once payday comes.. well that’s at least what they did to me! I would not recommend EVER!!! Emili is always out of town and Rick doesn’t know what he is doing!

I love my FedEx guy! Always delivers my package’s, stacks them neatly, and today in the middle of heavy rain he wrapped my box in plastic so it wouldn’t get wet. He’s fabulous. ?

I’m very disappointed with FedEx as a whole. They have lost my packages or delivered them damaged far too many times this past year. This last incident involved a rug that they received at the Murfreesboro hub and never delivered. I was able to track it to this location and when I tried to reach them to find my package, I was told it was too late, I can’t get it because it’s marked as lost. When I said was unhappy about this whole situation, I was hung up on. Thoroughly unprofessional. I would add a photo but, alas, I have no rug to take a picture of.

I never received my phone and never got an explanation other then it shows it was in the warehouse then there's no other scans... means you got shady workers

I wish I could choose. 2nd attempt to leave 2 packages for absolutely no reason. No sig required. Text said an adult not present to receive. I live on 25 acres. Minimal chance of theft. Worst part - one is garden plants. Probably dead by now. Ugh. ??♀️

Do you need a job right now with pretty good pay? Then this is the place for you. That is all I can say that is good about working there. In the winter your will freeze and in the summer you will burn up. Most of the managers are kids out of high school who don't know what they are doing and good competent managers are powerless to do anything. If you are good at whatever job they give to you, you will be most likely be the last person there everyday covering for all the other people who can't do the most basic of tasks. You can't plan anything around the shifts because they change at the last possible moment. Also, peak season will try to break you. Depending on shift you will either work 8 to 10 hours six days a week of 10 to 13 hours six days a weeks. Through the pandemic there were little to no precautions taken against COVID-19 and there were actually several outbreaks while I was there. They talk a big game about safety but they couldn't care less about it. If after hearing all that you are undeterred then invest in a water bottle, some good shoes and clothes you don't mind ruining.
