Nearly 3 weeks ago FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. I filed a claim that was closed less than 24hrs later, without ever being contacted by FedEx to get additional info. Instead I called them to follow-up and was left speaking to someone who didn't seem to comprehend what I was saying or possess the ability to do anything besides reading from a script. When I was told the "investigation" was closed and I'd need to contact the shipper I did and had them open a second claim. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm not entirely sure what they're "investigating". Perhaps as part of their investigation they'd like to come to my address where the package was supposed to be delivered and show me where on my property looks anything like the picture the driver took of where they delivered the package. I'm really not sure what's so hard about them admitting they messed up and covering the cost of the item. As it is I've already had to pay for the item out of pocket a second time and have it overnighted to me using a different carrier. That said, if you'd like a package delivered without a lot of hassle, from a company who's willing to make it right if they mess up, I'd highly recommend using someone besides FedEx.

Went in to return a work laptop. They packaged the laptop securely within a couple minutes. They were so helpful and kind. Great experience!

This location lost a $7000 package and was impossible to get help from. Had to go to corporate support several days in a row just to get in touch with someone who could help.
They do not attempt to deliver signed packages. 2 days in a row, the driver left a “attempted to deliver” sign on my fence, while I was outside walking towards them. Didn’t even bother coming in my yard, or let alone actually going to the door.
After the first day, I was PROMISED by customer service they would come to my door the next day. Even after filing a complaint, and being promised the package would be delivered to my door - they still did the exact tame thing the next day.
I am currently renting the camera I already bought, because they now have said it will be 4 days later than the original promised date. Even though they “attempted to deliver” it 2 days in a row.
No explanation given for why it will take so long, but I am now out $1000 thanks to this locations lack of professionalism.

I took off work early to make sure I was home for delivery. I watched the driver deliver across the street from my house go around the block back down the other direction on my road and then say in an hour and a half was back at station with failed attempted delivery? What FedEx driver is done with their day at 2 in the afternoon? It's an hour and 5 minutes from my house to the station. This is not what I paid for. I WAS ON MY PORCH AND SEEN YOU!!!!!!! Then the station just blows me off and says it will be delivered tomorrow? I have no choice but to take it and miss work? So now I have to miss another day of work. For someone who gets paid to do a job and don't do it? I wish I could just get paid and not do my job like that I would be FIRED!!!! JUST LIKE THIS CHICK NEEDS TO BE!!!

Wow! What a fabulous shipping experience! I had to return a Bissell Crosswave for Warranty and Cassandra went above and beyond to help me get it boxed and taped off to get my unit returned for exchange. Fabulous service Cassandra!

Can't ever get a straight answer about where my packages are, they have been delayed for 4+ days now and calling asking where it is I get responses like "I can't find it" or "you can pick it up we will call you" and never hear back just to call again and find out they don't know when they will get to it or when it will get delivered. I've never had good experiences with FedEx and never choose to use them unless I don't have any other option due to the seller. I would rather pick my packages up in person then use FedEx. Especially when I do recieve packages they are thrown on the ground or on the porch causing damage that they will not cover or do anything about it. I have also had to go in person to recieve a package before and told them I would be there right at closing due to the schedule I worked at the time, they said they would wait for me so I could recieve the package.I arrived 5 minutes BEFORE closing and the doors were locked and I had an employee come to the door and tell me I needed to leave that they were closed and I couldn't get my package until the next day after driving over an hour to pick it up when I was told I could pick it up that day. I have had horrible experiences with the customer service with FedEx and don't see it ever getting any better.
