Went in a lady named Judy was working in said hi. I went to the counter and she continued on with filling paper or something.
Came up I asked her how do I print a couple of pictures on normal paper for my daughter’s homework. Hands me a card tells me to follow the steps then I ask if it will be small pictures so she can glue them and she says something along the lines it will print fit paper. So I was like fit paper? She was like yes I was like what does that mean? She repeats the exact sentence taking a deep breath as if I’m stupid or should know what she means. then I was what ever that means I just need a smaller picture. She goes I will have to do it here and I need to charge you extra then I was like ok then she goes just send it first and we’ll see with a frustrated tone. Then moves on to the next customer without seeing what I needed next. It seems like she was having a bad day but it takes less energy to be nice than mean.

Came In today to get a copy, I haven’t had such a bad experience going somewhere in a long time. However today it all changed. Judy was very rude, and disrespectful. She helped everyone else before me, even people who came after me, and had such a bad attitude. Think it’s time for her to retire!

Do not waste your time.
If you need any help at all printing, anything go to the Office Depot on Ridgely Lane off Memorial Boulevard. That office Depot is the only place that would help me on a day of needed project. The project was super small. I just needed to have something printed on card stock it took Office Depot all of three minutes to help, but the FedEx people said it would be a next day thing And you could tell they genuinely did not care. The lady was not worried at all if I got helped or not.
I used to work next to this FedEx and honestly back then I had the same experience I would not recommend it to anyone

A JOKE, stay away from this place !!!FED EX should fire every employee there! RUDE ! We showed up at 6:55 PM, regular shippers now, they would NOT unlock the door and take our label ready package. They close at 7PM, is my phone really not synced to standard time ?This cost our company $30 in labor and gas.. WHAT A JOKE ! You worthless employees.... you know who you are !

We have always had GREAT experiences with this FedEx location for printing services. We use them for all of our printing needs including menus, laminating, event banners, table tents, and more. Everyone there is very good at what they do, and they always produce quality products in an extremely timely manner. Yesterday, we placed a very last-minute order for a banner and we weren't sure that they would be able to fill it in time, but they got it done within just a couple of hours! We always love being helped by Ernest, Judy, the two Jasons, and everyone else there. Thanks so much for all that you guys do!

Ernest did a fantastic job helping me with a document that I needed reprinted after I made a mistake (and keeping me from losing my keys lol), and then Bridget took care of mailing the documents. Great, quick service all the way around.
