Not thinking of the small customers anymore. As a business owner, it’s always a bad practice to only take care of big clients. Your small clients are your most faithful over time. Good luck with your decision, hope another company with better customer service don’t move into the area for your sake.

As a business owner I cannot believe the level of rudeness that was displayed by the manager, Cassie, when I called to let them know that I had been charged twice for one purchase she went on to say that she couldn't look up that information. She went on to explain to me that the banks do that all the time and that she knows that because she use to be a banker. Call them, I did, they said I was charged twice. Apparently Cassie thought the issue was funny because she was laughing and did nothing to resolve the issue.

Had good experience with this company until lately. They close and lock the doors during the middle of the day??Was charged freight for moving an item from one store to another. The other store has closed its doors permanently.We will not be doing any other buisness with them.

Absolutely ridiculous that they made this a wholesale location only and won't allow customers in. I do have a business but I will not be making an account for this exact reason. Its stupid . I used to come here all the time but I won't again. A business that doesn't want to do business is no business ill go to .

It appears as they have closed this location. Doors are locked and lights off during normal business hours.

I found on their website that they could order a heated jacket for my husband. I called and they were very helpful and friendly. I ordered the jacket and picked it up a few days later when it came in. They were great. Being female didn't make me feel like an alein there. Great experience. Really nice people. I'll definitely give them whatever business I can.

Had missing alternator nut. It was closing time but they went out of their way to help me get a replacement, allowing me to make it home.
