They auctioned off the wrong storage unit. Everything is gone.. they were supposed to auction my moms storage unit and instead auctioned mine and had nothing to do or say to help. After 5 years of being here I’m beyond upset. And every family momemto I’ve ever had is gone.

The owners are extremely rude and unprofessional and they steal your property!! They also lock you in the property if you are even a minute late leaving and you have to bang on the window to get someone’s attention to let you out!
