09/25/2021Played the lottery lastnight , and only the lottery. The cashier asked me for my ID " a retired guy with a grey beard"so she could scan it. And she did. I asked her why. She said it's corporate policy now for a couple weeks. I've been buying there for a year when I fill up with gas . I don't buy beer or cigarettes there, but I do buy other things. Or I did. If you don't need an ID to cross the border then why am I carded for lottery tickets now? You can't cash them without an an ID anyways.I calculated $160 dollars a month in gas and a substantial amount more outside of that than I use to spend there.Her demeanor wasn't appealing either.

Kroger was totally out of gas today on S. Church Street in Innsbrook. I chose to use Exxon because they have a much easier entrance and exit from their station! Since Kroger has become so unreliable in keeping gasoline pumps open and operational lately, I will be switching to Exxon as my gasoline retailer of choice.

Could use a little more attention to detail at the gas pumps. Several times the windshield washer reservoir is completely empty.
