We tried the takeout, and the pizza was nothing to write home about. Domino's has great TV commercials, but the pizza is just the usual typical pizza. The service is okay, but I found it a little disappointing.

Ordered delivery and paid just for them to tell us they won't deliver it because we are 8 miles from the store instead of 3! Maybe it shouldn't have let us order... ?

I order the 6.99 carry out deal all the time! However, I have noticed that every time I get extra cheese on any of them, which is almost every single time I order any, they don’t have extra cheese on them. Even tonight, my kids cheese pizza with extra cheese on it came with not only no extra cheese but a big bald spot with no cheese on two pieces out of it. I also asked for extra cheese on my thin crust, pepperoni and bacon pizza and 3 pieces of it had nothing but bacon and sauce on it…I know I should be thankful for the deal they offer cuz it’s a great deal but if I ask for extra cheese or get charged for extra, I should get it! In tonight’s case, I had big bald spots on 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered.

They regularly forget to add the crust flavor, bring food to the car later, and/or take a very long time to make the food.

They are always super on point great amount of toppings they add without having to pay extra great on timeing just overall a good pizza place to get some good priced pizza

Every order I’ve ever placed at this Dominos has come out wrong. Made 2 orders in 2 days and the first order had a pizza with light sauce with WAY too much sauce on it. Gave them a second chance today and my light sauce extra cheese pizza was burnt as hell. Also ordered a Philly cheese and it was even more burnt than the cheese. How do you not notice these orders are wrong when you pull them out of the oven? Never any response from the store.

Customer service was terrible, wait time was 40 mins after i had placed order (which was fine) but the man working the window said he’d bring my pizza out to me and I waited 20 more minutes before finally just going inside myself to get it and of course it was finished and sitting on the heat rack. I ordered LIGHT sauce and they gave me the most sauce i’ve ever seen on a pizza. I’m talking sauce pooled in the center and all over the box. I used to work at a Dominos which makes this experience worse because I know someone just misread the symbol on the screen. I left a bad review on this pizza because this is the 100th time it’s happened and I never hear back from the store. I’m done giving this location a chance.
