I was greeted on entering the store. You could hear the smile in her voice, it wasn't a robotic greeting. Although I didn't find what I was looking for (glitter pipe cleaners) I always find something that I can use. For a different project.

This store is a mess and the employees are rude. I don't think they've organized anything in years. Looks like a hurricane went through. Not much selection, especially of cards. Manager won't sell me a freaking card!

Elizabeth was beyond sweet and caring! She was very helpful and possesses awesome customer service skills. I wasn’t in the greatest mood and she took the time to make sure I was ok. It was something so simple to ask someone, but Elizabeth was so sincere and kind. I feel like she went above and beyond her duties as a cashier, but bc she did, it made me felt heard and valuable. And I can’t express how much this means to me.
So, thank you Elizabeth for your kindness and sincerity. Going that extra mile made a huge difference. Thank you for helping me feel validated, cared about, and heard. My heart and mental health thanks and salutes you a million times over. ???
