Had a blowout on the interstate nearby. They had size tires I needed in stock (275/40R20) - not a standard size. They have a policy that if you are there before 6 pm and do not have an appointment, they will work you in. It took hours, but they got it done. They were very busy. Salesman Shawn was helpful and friendly, as were other employees. I do wish they had put my spare tire away in the trunk where it belonged. I guess they wanted to leave and go home.

I had bough tires here that were defective and had a sidewall blowout. Had to be towed and had to argue with them about the issue. I will never buy tires from them again.
Last time I got air in my tires, they told me my tread is low and my tires need to be replaced. Even after I just bought brand-new tires the previous month from some place else. I told the guy that and he stammered then stopped talking to me. Ick.

It’s always super crowded and takes a while to get acknowledged, even with an appointment. And no matter how many times I tell them the correct PSI, it never happens. If it wasn’t free (I got my tires there), I’d go somewhere else. My next set will not be bought there.

Bought a pair of tires from Tire Rack and had them sent to Discount Tire. First time I've used them. I was impressed at the number of customers and the size of their staff. But seeing how quickly they got things done, I understand why so many use them. I need another pair soon for my other car - I'll be back!

I had a screw in my tire and I called them for a quote and they fixed it for free. Customer service was great, told me on the phone that they didn’t have appointment slots for this afternoon, but they were doing walk-ins and there wasn’t much of a wait and they were right. I got there and they helped me right away and they got my tire patched up really quickly

I *barely* made it to Discount Tire today. My tire was flat by the time I pulled in. They came out and not only took the screw out of my tire, patched it and reinflated my tire, but they didn’t charge me! They were quick and efficient and kind. I was really impressed!

I needed some new tires for my only driver and called all around Murfreesboro. I have a Benz so the tires were hard to find. They were able to order them and have them there overnight. I had a lug nut issue as well that they were able to fix and get the job done. Every one there was very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Prices were very reasonable. Next time I need tires I will return.
