Direct is fine but filing my claim for a hit and run accident, I wasn't contacted for a week and the phone conversation became combative with Christian bertolitito and he didn't understand my frustration about being without a rental car and was told I didn't have rental assistance. He told me I should have read my policy and the local office shouldn't have told me I would be reimbursed as long as I kept my receipts.

Welp had them for 2 years and everything was good. Tried to re purchase and these people charged me for 3 different policies on the same car. And now when I try to fix everything I'm paying DOUBLE what I did the first 2 years. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else. These people are HIGHLY un professional
