Wow, how very sad my shopping experience was today. Arrived at Dillard's to find many sales representatives standing around talking to one another, was not greeted by anyone nor was I offered help to find something. Stopped by men's department, looking for a pair of pants, same indifference shown. It was akin to being invisible!!! Stopped by jewelry counter, same thing. Went up elevator to Women's department, seen several associates standing around, still no help offered or greeting given. Walked around with a pair of Allison Daly jeans for a bit looking for other clothes, sales associate walked by me carrying clothing 3 times and failed to acknowledge my presence neither offered any assistance. To put yhe icing on the cake, as I proceeded out of the door empty-handed an associate bid me 'have a good weekend' never asking if I had been helped. Her air of arrogance was off putting yo say the least. If I have to go in dressed in $1,000 dollar outfits to get help from associates working at Dillard, then I don't need to be shopping there anyway. Just moved to the area and if this is how shopping is locally, will be ordering from other stores online. I went in with the intention of spending quite a bit today as my clothes are packed away. However, this Dillard's in Murfreesboro, TN will not get my business now nor in the future unless this is properly addressed.

Popped in today for a few things, and I want to brag on the excellent customer service we received.
Zelda at the Lancome counter was so friendly and wonderful to shop from.
Also, the beautiful girl at the fragrance counter was just lovely. The lady that didn't even work in the shoe department and offered to help me when everyone else was busy, was just fantastic!
Great customer service seems to be a thing of the past, so it was so refreshing to have experienced it today.
Great job, Dillard's!

Horrible customer service!!!! I was shopping for a fine evening gown and the only ladies on the floor were more interested in tagging merchandise than helping. I stood in the store, looking n front of them, and looked up the dress I needed in a different size and found it available to order online. $500+ . What has happened to customer service and employee education and help? I let myself in the fitting room to find several dresses in each room left in disarray. I’ll take my business where they care
