i came in to ask if they are allowed to trade or anything for this shirt i got at a nike store, just asked didnt cause any problem, and when i asked an employee in the back made a douchebag comment acting like i was an idiot for asking a simple question i was just curious about, if you want an employee to make you feel dumb for asking questions go to this store!

Initially, I posted a 1 star review due to the transaction referenced below. After reaching out to customer service about the status of my refund via phone, I am changing the review to 4 stars. The hold time was nearly nonexistent! The associate was very helpful and engaging, and her attitude was fantastic! No talking to automated “machines”; I was able to speak with a person that resolved my issue to my satisfaction! I will definitely continue shopping at DSG! Thank you.
4/7/24 : Today was horrible! I debated whether to post a review, but I hope this aids Dick’s as a training opportunity. The cashier rang up an item for the wrong price (after looking up a different item via price check on a device) and I questioned the price while payment was being processed. After payment was complete, I then had to go get an exact item, brought it to her attention, and it was like I was putting her out of her way to get my money back for HER error for the difference. After numerous attempts for a refund via the register, I was told it could take 5 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked if a manager could override or issue a refund and was told “no they can’t, just have to wait”. After more delay, I asked to see a manager. Asst. Manager came to the register, only to first hear from the cashier. Asst. Manager says “ I can do the refund”. Shortly after was given receipt. Improper customer communication/service and lack of training may be contributing factors in the disappointing 3.8 stars this location has accumulated. Also, initial payment was charged immediately… Have receipt for refund, but still no credit for it in my account. Disappointed is an understatement.

Be carful if you go during night the night manager will accuse you of thieving from them and make you pay twice for the item needed for exchange

Purchased the nike sneakers, to see if it would help the foot issues I have, just 4 days prior to returning them. The manager was called up to inspect them and make a nasty face, the associate came back and said they can't accept the return. I told her there was dirt on the bottom but everything else was perfect. What are they gonna do, resell them? I wouldn't recommend and will keep buying from Academy or Amazon.

Good selection. Friendly staff. Golf selection is pretty good for a big box store. Better than some other Ducks Sporting Goods I’ve been to. Clean restrooms. Good clothes selection. Prices seem on par with everyone else.

I appreciate that this store offers a wide range of products, from bottles to sportswear and gym essentials. The service is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It can get quite crowded on weekends, so I'm relieved that they close at 8 PM on Sundays!

Went in to try on shoes. Was specifically looking for a brand they were promoting a sale on online. Wasn't anywhere to be found.I was willing to try on others, but this is another place that keeps them all in the back. Only one shoe with a device locked into the sole on display. After 10 minutes of being unable to get anyone to help me (it was super slow), I just left.
