“HOORAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
So hard to find places that offer GREAT customer service as this Big Lots location did today. I needed a bedding set and found everything I needed all in the store. The woman that helped me was very kind, knowledgeable and really helpful, kudos to the gentleman who helped as well and showed me an alternative headboard selection in the back! They really went out of their way to help and I cannot express enough my appreciation! Thank you!”

“This was my first time here. I'm not going to lie it was so different for me but I loved it !. My fiance loved it as well!. Definitely a great store to buy the family clothes and just household stuff and they even have toys that come on clearance. I had lots of fun! Definitely going back next week for more !”

“This Walmart is for the most part clean and well stocked. The aisles and walkways clear of trash and loose product. The shelves well organized and neatly packed. The vast majority of the time there are no major calamities or bands of roving children reigning chaos on innocent shoppers. The only major downside of this, and all Walmarts, is that there is only one or two cashiers checking people out. Which mid day during the week is not an issue but on the weekends the lines to checkout can get exorbitant. They do offer self checkout but if you go during any time that is remotely busy you have people that use self checkout with entire carts of groceries and that causing the line to grow even more. Beware the dreaded lines.”

“This is not your normal Walmart this is very clean and neat. I'm not sure if this fact is because of where this store is at or because of the fact that this is a grocery store. Imagine that you cut off the grocery store part of your local Walmart and put it in a different place and let someone who cares about their job run that store that's what this market place is like. 4 stars cause no matter how good it looks it's still Walmart. Update this store is still mostly clean and nice.”

“I cant give enough stars to Kiauna at the MAC makeup counter. She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does! She colormatched me with makeup and explained how to apply it she gave me a sample of some cream to use and wrote on the box when to apply it. The makeup is very high quality and the service was above and beyond. If you are in the market for makeup go see Kiauna you will not be disappointed.”

“Former lead Maria from Starbucks has outstanding service. She does amazing work for everything and everyone each time I come in. Even when there is extremely busy days, I can see the amount of hard work this woman puts in each time I am there. Good Job to this Woman. I have noticed FAKE reviews on this person that are by all means not true and she is absolutely stunning with her performance. She would never treat anyone with disrespect nor do such things that I had seen or read in these reviews. They are disgraceful and someone is out to get her. Thank you for Maria for your service!”

They had lots of sales happening and a variety of selections to choose from. All the shelves were stocked appropriately and I feel like I got a lot for the price I paid. Definitely recommend this target again.”
“This Christmas was the first time I had ever been in a Burlington store. I was pleasantly surprised. We got a lot of the presents for people on our list and I took the kids back in to do some shopping and they stayed within their budget.”
“The staff at this pharmacy has always been very helpful. I've spoken with the pharmacist several times in person or over the phone and my needs have always been met. Good customer service is almost nonexistent these days, so it is good to know that once a month I can look forward to interacting with the staff at this location.”

“I find this location to be clean, fun, friendly. I love the treasure hunting and I love what they carry. I just purchased an adorable down jacket and it keeps me very warm yet is light weight. To those who complain about this store I say.... You are welcome to shop elsewhere. I think it's unfair to leave a poor rating for this location as I have never seen it as you described. A faithful shopper”
