CVS #6420 is the worst pharmacy I've dealt with in 50 years across 5 states. No cooperation whatsoever with the CVS Caremark Mail Order, especially regarding emergency fills on lost shipments. Chelsea was unwillingly to work with Caremark, even with it being under the CVS health umbrella.

I truly understand that a physician technician job can be very stressful at times.But I would like to think that they were advised of this before entering their field, but some not all are so rude when it come to customer interactions.

My usual pharmacy was having an IT issue with my son's flu medication going through insurance. This store closed in 5 minutes but stayed late to get the prescription transferred to them and filled. VERY pleased and thankful for what they did.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews... and my mom always told me that if I don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. But this is the worst pharmacy in the state of Tennessee. They constantly have atleast 5+ workers at a time, yet let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring. And don't get me started on the pharmacist (don't know her name, and she's lucky I don't.)Such a terrible experience. So I went two miles down the road to Walgreens and my anger and frustration disappeared. This pharmacy is a joke.

I wanna say that this has been the best experience I’ve had. Me and my elderly mother who has a hard time walking went to CVS to pick her up some OTC. My mom was having a hard time getting by, but she was insisting she wanted to keep going. The lady in the front end was so kind to notice this and get my mom a chair so she could wait, and the proceeds to help me find the stuff my mom was needing!! Thank you!!

CVS always has what I'm looking for. Almost never wait in line to checkout. I think CVS has a larger more diverse selection.

They are completely incompetentThere are 2 cars ahead of me. 40 minutes before I get to the window (I'm blocked in or I would have left)After 40 minutes I get to the window. The woman sees me. Doesn't even acknowledge me. Walks by 5 or 6 times. Helps people ar the counterMany More minutes go by. I honk my horn. Still doesn't even look at the windowAnother 5 minutes go by. She finally comes to the windowWhy on God's green earth does it take nearly a hour here to get my RxThanks CVS. I've transferred my prescriptions to WalgreensYou are totally ignorant and incompetent. Your customer service skills need 100% workWhen someone pulls up at least acknowledge their presenceWe know your job sucks and u hate it and you don't care

The pharmacist here took care of me when no one in Murfreesboro would or could help. I am very grateful for all they do thank you guys. The stress of your job dealing with these ungrateful people I am sorry you have to deal with them

This is the worst CVS ever. I have no option to use them because of my insurance. The gave me the wrong meds for my son a few yrs ago and they don't give you information about you med when u pick up like Walgreens does. They just give you your med and don't ask if you have any questions. And they take for ever answer the phone. I wait 45 minutes on hold while in line inside the location and they won't even go to phone. It's just rang. They pic up and put the phone on hold. Worst service ever. I can't even use my current med because this place not giving me the correct information about my meds. I hate hate CVS

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I had my yearly birth control prescription get refilled with new details. They tried to refill the old one, not the new one with the new directions, and obviously my insurance declined it. So instead of informing me where they went wrong, I had to call over and over again just to get an answer 4 days after their mess up that they were now out of my prescription. Oh but you had it 4 days ago when I NEEDED IT. So I had to drive all the way across town to get my prescription at another location and they still didn't give me enough. So now 2 weeks later here I am, out of my prescription, and I cant get ahold of anybody. Had they done any of this correctly or even communixated once that somethinf was wrong, we wouldn't have this problem. Please get your medication somewhere else

I would give them a zero if I could. I call to try to transfer my daughters prescription three days later they still did not do it. I questioned the pharmacist his response was not good customer care service when I brought that to his attention he hangs the phone up on me.

After yesterday's horrible experience at Walgreens, I went to CVS today. They were busy and I had to wait a bit, but that was to be expected. The staff was friendly, they greeted me, and I got my vaccine with no issues. (She was actually amazing with the shot).
