Keep saying my medication is out of stock and that they have to order it and then it says should be there in a couple of days however it’s been over a week and it’s still out of stock. Maybe they need to keep some on hand and not try to order it every time it’s prescribed. I’m going to find a new pharmacy. This is getting ridiculous. I would love to see them go without their medication.

Apparently the pharmacy staff leaves for lunch early instead of 1:30 when they’re supposed to/as listed on the hours. Very inconsiderate for customers who make an effort to get there before 1:30.

The CVS on Memorial has the BEST Staff in all of Murfreesboro. Knowledgeable of CVS guidelines, they understand how their systems work, they are friendly and always willing to stop what they are doing to help! Give these employees a raise and clone them!

I would leave another review, since I've had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy. I've gotten texts that my prescriptions were ready gotten to the pharmacy and they weren't ready. I don't know why I've kept using them for so long but the techs are rude even when you are nice to them. I literally have had my last straw tonight. I waited in the driveway for 10 minutes. At 5:59, the attendant, tech whomever it was came to the window and said that they closed. And she couldn't help me and watched the clock turn over to 6. They're everytime very unprofessional and slow. I'm so done. If anybody reads this I'll recommend using someone else anyone.

I have called the pharmcy three times today to cancel a prescription and I was on hold for at least 45 mins each time. First time when someone picked up they hung up. Second time I waited 55 mins with no answer, third time it was 1 hour and 8 mins. I have this problem everything I call. I worked at Walgreens for 15 years and we never treat customers like that. Sure wish my insurance was accepted some where else. This store is terrible!

It's 10:09am, this locations says online AND on the door that it opens at 9am. Not only is the worker standing inside not opening the door for us, but she's not opening the door for the pharmacist that works here. A man pulled up waiting with us and said he came last night and they were closed at 6pm even though it's posted they are open until 9pm... Don't waste your time if you can go to a different location or different store all together.

CVS #6420 is the worst pharmacy I've dealt with in 50 years across 5 states. No cooperation whatsoever with the CVS Caremark Mail Order, especially regarding emergency fills on lost shipments. Chelsea was unwillingly to work with Caremark, even with it being under the CVS health umbrella.

I truly understand that a physician technician job can be very stressful at times.But I would like to think that they were advised of this before entering their field, but some not all are so rude when it come to customer interactions.

My usual pharmacy was having an IT issue with my son's flu medication going through insurance. This store closed in 5 minutes but stayed late to get the prescription transferred to them and filled. VERY pleased and thankful for what they did.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews... and my mom always told me that if I don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. But this is the worst pharmacy in the state of Tennessee. They constantly have atleast 5+ workers at a time, yet let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring. And don't get me started on the pharmacist (don't know her name, and she's lucky I don't.)Such a terrible experience. So I went two miles down the road to Walgreens and my anger and frustration disappeared. This pharmacy is a joke.

I wanna say that this has been the best experience I’ve had. Me and my elderly mother who has a hard time walking went to CVS to pick her up some OTC. My mom was having a hard time getting by, but she was insisting she wanted to keep going. The lady in the front end was so kind to notice this and get my mom a chair so she could wait, and the proceeds to help me find the stuff my mom was needing!! Thank you!!
