The app is hard to use and I have to go from store to store to get my refills on insulin. One store can't see what the other store is doing. Phone system is hard to navigate. I'm only here because of insurance. Worst company ever.

Good afternoon, I had prescription to pick up today. Store# 6420. CVS is my pharmacy of choice. I've always had exceptional customer service. I struggle with MS, so today my cognitive was off and I stuttered, so my speech slow to respond. Because of the drug issues in the US, I totally understand protocol. I gave my ID to the young lady at the windows. As always the pharmacist comes to make sure aware you're aware of the dangers while taking oxycodone. She asked where was the person on the id. While looking at my face and the car. She says "wheres the person on this ID." I asked her what was she talking about. I told her it was me.She was very evasive. I'm from Texas and I go back and forth .She then began to give me a long lecture about changing my ID. I could see her distrust. At this point I'm feeling like she's racist. Then she decides to go protocol after that lengthy lecture. I was given something to sign, which once again. But this was the first-time I did this. Not just Tenn ,but states as well. I was already notified feeling well, and. She made me feel like I was type of cracke head or something. If she had asked, I had other forms of ID.Hopefully I will never have to deal with her again. I like the other pharmacist, because she made me feel special. Being 66yrs old, that matters. Thank you.

Pharmacist Rachel was very helpful in getting my prescription! Everyone in the pharmacy was very friendly too.

I have been a customer of CVS on se broad for about 7 years and never once in that 7 yrs have I felt my needs were not met or concerned that they didn't know what they were doing The pharmacist Rachel and Darla are the most knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever met and they have the biggest heart and make you feel like family!!!! The techs every single one of them always have a smile for me and an answer to my question and have never once mad me feel like they didn't care!!!! I truly believe this team deserves a raise they work harder then any other pharmacy I have ever seen to meet our needs in every way!!!! I love going to see them and enjoy their company they make me feel like family and CVS is extremely lucky to have this team on their crew!!!! Thanks you guys for everything you do!!!! CVS should be more grateful to you guys as well!!!!

Thank you so much CVS on SE Broad in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. My daughter was in the ER last night with stomach pain and pneumonia and they sent prescriptions when you were closed. I was there at your store 15 min after opening this a.m. and the pharmacy staff helped in getting the prescriptions filled even though they were busy. Thank you so much for your kindness and help as my daughter was in a lot of pain.

I've been coming to this location for years, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful in both the pharmacy and store parts. They seem a little understaffed, but it seems like everyone there is at least trying. If you can survive the weird intersection, this CVS is better than the other chain pharmacies in this part of town in my opinion lol.

Rachel the Pharmacist is the BEST!!!! I hope she never leaves. She goes out of her way to help you, she has listened to me literally cry on the phone and was SO, SO supportive and fixed my issue ASAP, even though I know she was very busy with other business. Now, the staff, that is a different story, especially Jeff, he can be extremely RUDE, and he always acts like doesn't really want to be there, but he does help with any issues, you can just tell he really doesn't want to.

Customer service skills need to be taught cause yesterday I went in at around 3 something and the employee was just staring if you gonna stare greet people don’t just stare at them for like 3 minutes.

We love our pharmacists at CVS on SE Broad! They know us & treat us like family. They go above & beyond to make sure we get what we need even when prescribers are dragging their feet. This is the only pharmacy we have used for the 20 years we've lived in Murfreesboro, and we will never go anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
