Firstly after reserving I called 3:55pm. Didn’t know you closed early on Sat. A groovy young lady called the guy at your location and he stayed over so I could book my storage unit. So this is my second time booking with you guys and I must say batting a1000 so far please keep up the good work. Hard to find good people in the service field these days thanks.

I have been to drop things off at my unit at various times on multiple days and there is NO ONE is there at the office, I call as well and no one is manning that office at all. It’s terrible. No stars. I can’t get anyone to help me. It’s pretty ridiculous, considering canceling my unit and rent elsewhere. Only giving 1 star because you have to give a rating to post.

The only thing I can give them a positive on is at least it's climate controlled. I rented a small unit in October and already have run into several problems. One- I set it up to be an autopay but apparently that didn't happen, was charged a 20$ late fee. Two- I made a payment for December and here it is January 3rd and yesterday I received an email stating that I had moved out. I go and check my unit and used my code to get in. My stuff is still there and my lock is still on. I called the number last night to make January's payment and because I have no records to indicate that I have a unit, I couldn't make one. I have no idea why this has happened.

It was definitely a scam ? I was only supposed to pay $90 with the coupon online ended up payin 180 . It was suppose to be $100 I later upsized am they took off my promo an charged double without notice. I had a month to pay or they was going to “ auction off my things” . However they have great hours but since it’s outdoors EXPECT BUGS ! other then that great hours , nice people .
