I enjoy my time at CRUNCH! Connor established a great routine for me and that routine has allowed me muscle growth and weight loss. The gym is very clean and organized and the staff are helpful. Highly recommend!

They have been doing a good job with cleaning recently, but the people that use the bathroom at this gym are disgusting I constantly find blood and feces in the toilet seats walls and floor. They get cleaned up now at least. And this gym has the same problem every gym has in Murfreesboro which is far too many members for the space. Someone needs to build like 10 more gyms in town.

I've been a member for a few months now and the experience has been positive throughout but the new management addressed a few minor inconveniences and elevated the customer service experience - thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this gym.

BEWARE, You sign this contract with your life. They refuse to let me out of my contract because i didn’t come in person and cancel. I’ve sent several emails requesting to cancel my membership it’s been almost a year and they still charge me. I have to prove i don’t live locally. FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP ??? It’s none of their business. I have taken legal action against this company. It’s ridiculous at this point just release me !!!!

I have been a member since this location opened and over the last two years this location has become extremely poor. Machines always broken and take weeks to get repaired. Employees are useless. (This morning for instance I was asked to rescan at the front desk after already doing it once and we'll past the front desk, all because the employee was too busy on their phone and not working.) This is all just the tip of the iceberg. I can no longer recommend this gym to anyone.

Can’t get a resolution speaking to the gym directly so a review is warranted at this point. Charged for personal training after we had cancelled it. Been trying to reach the training manager Kelly for days but seems she’s dodging the calls. Also sent an email to the GM and no response yet from her either. This gym takes your money and then ignores you instead of refunding you.

UGH I wanted to be optimistic and see this place for myself before believing the negative reviews, especially since I’ve heard it’s under new management, but after a visit I am extremely let down. I went in Thursday a little before 9am for a tour and learn more about Crunch and what it all offers and the different memberships. One rude girl working the desk. After helping one couple, who were unhappy with her, she was available for me. But wouldn’t make time for me. I told her why I was there and all she asked is if I was ready to sign up today? I told her again I wanted to tour and learn more and she said ok hold on. She turned her back, went to the other side of the desk and never got back with me. I was there for over 20min with my 2yr old waiting. She never even made another eye contact with me. She made it very clear she didn’t want to help me. While trying to be patient I took a peak at the kids room more then once and the ONE girl working, with a full room of kids, she just sat at the computer with her back to the kids. Every time I looked in, that’s exactly what she was doing. How could I leave my 2yr old in that room when no one is actually watching. I’ve been looking at other gyms around the area and this is the first time experiencing this lack of customer service and a kids area not actually being cared for.

Crunch fitness is very well set up and has pretty much anything you need for work out & relaxing after. It was so nice that they invite vendors & businesses in to offer something different to their clients & to help the small businesses in their community. That really speaks loudly how much they care.
