I went in last night to get an Iphone. The man behind the counter clearly didn't want to be bothered. He was on the phone with lady (not business related) and I kept telling him that he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He tried to discourage me from getting a phone because he didn't want to be bothered. When I walked out, he didn't say a word...he was too relived that he didn't have to do his job, I guess. I went home and called AT&T and got a wonderful deal. I guess it was a hidden blessing but it's still wrong to treat customers that way.

Horrible!!!!! There was two ladies in the service counter, with a lack of attention and the worst customer service I’ve never received. They stayed all the time in there side of the counter, they stayed seated the majority of the time. They didn’t greet us or helped us at all. Totally annoying. God, they shouldn’t work as a cellphone dealer if they are going to poorly serve the customer and not even smiling at all. Terrible service! We left the store and we decided not to buy anything there.

I was able to replace my phone I got a new Motorola how was the first customer of the day the employee was awesome everything was done to my satisfaction got a brand new phone everything worked out very convenient stores very nice excellent store

Fabulous ! I am completely and utterly technologically challenged and with this new android update to the update that completely disabled my whole phone , the woman (skinny younger blonde) was able to fix my phone in no time !
