Decent car wash but the undercarriage wash isn’t very effective. It sprays from the side instead of underneath. Most of the undercarriage was still dry with dirt and salt still under it. This was my main reason for using it.

This Costco is still fairly new and we do most of our weekly shopping here. They have an overall great selection of products but there are few aspects that are slightly lackluster... First, they only carry very generic proteins and other stores in the greater Nashville area have a better selection. I'd love to see them carrying different cuts of red meat instead of the generic steaks and roasts. They do make up for it with a selection of seafood. Second, we regularly can't find products week after week. We'll find something new that we love, only to never see it again. I'd love more consistency in what they keep stocked. Third, the checkout area is a catastrophe. The self-checkout queue can stretch halfway to the back of the store, while the regular checkout stands only accommodate a maximum of three people queuing at once. This creates a nightmare on busy weekends, and the checkout line drains right into the food court which only adds to the chaos. Overall, it's not a bad Costco, just not the best layout. I'm guessing they underestimated the amount of customers they would get and that's how it ended up this way. A huge positive is the friendly staff and great gas prices! The money you save on gas alone gives the membership its value.

Why has Costco become uber-vigilant regarding memberships? We have been asked to show our membership card on the way to the bathroom. This is a little ridiculous. If the guy at the front door is doing his job and you need a card to check out, why do you need to ask any other time?

Store does not have anything in. It doesn't even have men's essentials or family essentials. The store is a joke. Do not waste money on membership.

Went on a Friday after work and it wasn't super busy at all. We were able to get in, grab everything that we needed, and get out, all in a fraction of time that it has taken at other locations.

Just Costco tire service and they did an awesome job. Even the technician tell me about lug nuts that was not safe so showed me the correct nuts and I ordered it and they installed it. Now it’s much better and secured and safety. Costco took their time to talk with me about safety issues. Thanks!!!!

I'm very disappointed with your kiosk at the car wash. For members who would like to pay at the wash center your kiosk is not very user friendly. I was unable to get my member card to scan. There were no employees around to assist either. After numerous attempts I left without a car wash. At least have a call button to notify an employees that a member needs assistance.

Food court service is horrible. I ordered 2 hot dogs with drinks, 2 churro's, 1 pizza slice, and 1 extra drink. I waited 30 minutes before finally getting this order. Problem is they aren't expediting the orders as they come in. They are instead getting the smaller orders out quickly, if they can, which screws up other peoples orders that have been waiting. I usually like going there for the cheap food items but now i'm considering never going back. Sadly I believe I could have ordered everything in seperate orders and gotten my food faster that way. Do better and expedite the orders in numerical order. By the way, my number was 304 and they were calling orders in the 350 range.
