We moved here from Florida, and for the rent costs here for a NICE townhouse and all of the amenities is what you’d pay for a studio apartment where we are from! The only issue we had was our AC freezing up and maintenance was so quick to come fix it and help us out. Office staff are sweethearts! I highly recommend it...
