The only person at this gas station that's rude is the assistant manager, Tya. She's rude to everyone, every single time I come she has one side of the doors locked and she's not even willing to hear a customer out about putting a sign up for people who don't know it's closed. Very very inconsiderate and hostile. Honestly would be better if they just hired someone else. Ive had friends and family go to this gas station as well saying the same thing about her.

Gas prices aren’t bad, but the tire air gauge will rip off your money and not air your tire. Then you were calling the 800 number to try to get your $2.50 back

Was there today 2/26/24 at 12:45 pm. Soda fountain not working properly. I asked for my usual brand of cigarettes and didn't get my discounts at first the employee told me they stopped the discounts. I asked for her to run it again and I did get the discount. I paid cash for a lottery ticket and she tried to also charge it on my bill. The lady working today was rude and was rude the last time I was in the store and felt with her. No excuse for her behavior. If I had not cought it, I would have paid twice for my lottery and she would have the cash...

Bathroom was disgusting and store dirty. When I worked at circle K I would of gotten in a lot of trouble if it's dirty, plus nobody wants to purchase from a dirty store

I pay $10.00 per month for the SIP AND SAVE Drink refills. For the last week the ice machine at the Circle K at 3401 Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro. That is 7 days that I have been unable to get my iced drink. Today a week later, the ice machines are STILL NOT FIXED, so I thought I would get myself a large Cappuccino GUESS WHAT! That is right the coffee machines are out of service as well except for one machine that does not dispense cappuccino. The clerks are as frustrated as the customers over this issue. This has been a pretty good store for the most part but now as dirty as it is getting and with all of the inoperable equipment it looks more like a Pakistani convenience store. What is the worst thing about this is when you go to the website they refuse to give you a phone number by which one can call and VOICE THEIR COMPLAINTS INTO THE EAR OF AN UPPER MANAGER. Maybe it is time to start using my card and getting my drinks at the MAPCO Across the street even though getting into and out of that place is more difficult.

The self check out is pointless. It should be a choice to use it. Not made to use the self checkout. They make you use it, while 3 employees sit around doing nothing and watching the line back up. Self check is an option not mandatory.

I have been coming in here for a long time and the past few months it is extremely hot in the store. Standing in line in that heat is not something I look forward to so am going to change my locations. Always considered this store above and beyond but it’s starting to go down hill. Every time I ask why it’s so hot, I am just told that it is how it is. It is bad when you have to step outside to cool down. The prolonged heat in the store can not be good for the food products in there.
