This is the best place I've ever taken my car to be fixed and for maintenance by far! They are honest amd very friendly and they stand behind their work. They replaced a part that was under warranty with a brand new one and didn't charge me a dime and they were as nice and respectful as ever! They will drop you off wherever you need to go and pick you up when your car is ready. They keep you informed every step with texts and keep your cars history on file. They offer snacks and cold or hot drinks while you wait.. Best place in TN to take your car!! I highly recommend!

Visited Christian brothers automotive to get a tire plugged. They were super welcoming and were able to get me in very quick and efficiently. Brian at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. Will definitely return here for any automotive needs.

Very impressed by overall service, price, and communication during my visit. They are very transparent about the work they do (I got a detailed inspection report with pictures and notes, even with arrows on pics pointing to problem areas). Price was very reasonable, and I never felt as though they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. The customer service reps were very respectful and informative (thanks Brian!), and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

How do I start. I was honestly very impressed with the service at Christian Bros. Appt was easy to make; was charged exactly what I was quoted; no up sale tactics; quality workmanship. However the best part of my visit was being treated as a valued customer. I was greeted with a smile by friendly yet professional staff. As I waited for my vehicle in the very clean & accommodating guest area I watched as each and every customer who entered was treated in the same manner. Kudos to Christian Bros for recognizing the value of treating customers with respect, compassion and concern for their needs. 's

Christian Brothers on Franklin Rd is great. From the moment I walked in with "Jessie" they were helpful. They explained every part of the process and what I needed to do. They took great care of both me and my car. When I took the car back for repairs, they remembered I has been on vacation and asked me questions about it. They took me home and came to get me when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for great customer service and repairs!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

A little can go a long way, and regarding customer service, Christian Brothers at West Murfreesboro provide fantastic customer service. I am never trusting of mechanics, especially at first but Christian Brothers communicated what the issue was with my car, they did not attempt to tack on additional services and charges and even went out of their way to advise what they didn't think was necessary to fix my car when I asked. I can't express enough how grateful I was for the clear communication regarding my car and was happy to pay for their services. I will be bringing my business back again.

My warranty is through them, this is my first time using this location. I am so pleased and happy with how well they treated me. I previously had interactions with other locations that were not good, I was dreading using them again. Everyone at this location was friendly, helpful, great attitudes, and kept in contact. I really appreciate the entire staff!

The best experience I've had with car repairs! I have extended coverage (MaxCare) and Jeremy from CarMax referred me to them. They were very thorough on the repair process from beginning to end. My car runs so smoothly! I was offered shuttle service and was able to drive my car home. I will be going to them from now on for all of my car needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car broke down on the way to work on a Friday morning. I took it to CBA that morning and it was fixed that evening. The customer service here is phenomenal and I really appreciate the transparency they offer. As a woman, it can be really intimidating with anything car related but these guys did not make me feel that way at all. Everything was explained to be thoroughly and I really liked having access to the full diagnostic report with photos. I will be coming here from now on!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Christian Brothers Automotive West will diagnose the issue and will call you before they will perform any work to get your permission. They are thorough in their work. Their prices are competitive to other automotive shops in the area. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions that you may have. Both my husband and I will recommend Christian Brothers Automotive West for any automotive needs that needs to be done to your vehicle.

Impressive. Very impressive. My son took his car there for an evaluation. The heater core which was replaced at another shop was leaking. Great report showing detailed analysis. Took that report to the shop that did the initial installation of the heater core and they were also very impressed with the report. Called it "all fancy". Heater core replaced under warranty at the shop in Indiana but would definitely take my car here for follow up work. Tom was top-notch.

We use Christian Brothers as they are only one of a few shops that will repair vehicles covered by the CarMax Extended Warranty. My experience has been tremendous with this location. They are very thorough, timely and always accommodating to our needs and schedule. The front office staff are very customer service oriented and the repairs are always first class. Their technology is top notch and they show you pictures of items they have diagnosed and as well as recommended repairs. I highly recommend this location and appreciate their high quality work that keeps us on the road. Obviously the secret is out about these guys because there is not a parking spot available in their lot. Always a good sign people trust their quality of work.Services: Auto power window repair
