I just had my first service appointment since leasing the vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on 10/16 at 7:50 AM. I received updates throughout the day which I greatly appreciated. However, they texted me at 5:30 PM to let me know the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Service closes at 6 PM. They had my vehicle ALL day and waited until 30 minutes before close to tell me my car was ready. Mind you, I don't even live in Murfreesboro. I had to call to make sure I would even be able to pick up my vehicle that night. I was told to pick my keys up at the receptionist desk in sales. Great! I was able to pick my car up, however, I was unable to ask any questions about the issue with my vehicle because my keys were given to someone who doesn't even work on cars. Sales department is great, service department not so much.

Just had my car serviced here and was charged for services they never even did. We mark our tires and I was charged for tire rotation yet my marked tires are still in the same place. They should have been rotated. Their service writers are unresponsive and this was not our first incident with them. My husbands truck had a leak and they said it was fixed and come to find out they "replaced" something on the driver side when the passenger side was leaking. Sure enough one good rain and the entire inside of our truck was wet again! Now they have said it is fixed again, but we shall see when we get rain again! This business is terrible and I feel ripped off that I paid for services that were never rendered!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE OR WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER!!!Visit #1: Chase (salesman) shows us the inventory and we decide to purchase a 2016 Cadillac Escalade with lifetime powertrain warranty and purchased an additional bumper to bumper warranty. Vehicle was missing a key fob and the visor light was broken. Once the vehicle was purchased we were told in order to get those issues resolved we would have to go through the insurance and pay the deductible.Visit #2: My wife left a 1 star review and then they felt compelled to provide a second key fob so we went in to pick it up.Visit #3: Went in for an oil change which took 4 HOURS!!! After 4 hours we received our car back and they did not charge us because of how long it took. Upon leaving we noticed our coin and bill ziplock bag was empty. We keep a random amount of coins but an exact $200 in bills at all times for emergencies (gas/food). The coins were at the bottom of the center console and at the bills were all missing. We did not bring this up because we knew they would obviously just deny it.Visit #4: We took it in for a coolant leak, malfunctioning sideboard and the visor they originally were supposed to replace. We have bumper to bumper warranty so no need to worry right? WRONG!!! Almost $600 later we receive our car back (which they kept for two whole weeks!) now with a rough idle which was not there when we dropped it off, the sideboard still malfunctioning, the visor not covered under bumper to bumper warranty and physical damage to the front bumper!It took two weeks to repair half of the issues and returned it with new issues.Visit #5: We take it in soon after now for the rough idle the damage they caused to the bumper and the still malfunctioning sideboard. Jeff (service manager) contacts me to let me know that the tech found nothing wrong with my idle (the rpm's are erratic on the dash and you can feel it btw) Also he mentioned nothing about the damage.As you can see purchasing a vehicle from this dealer is an absolute nightmare which will leave you with stolen money, worthless warranties, incompetent technicians a $50,000 lemon and filthy with bird poop even though they say they will run it through their car wash.

The worst service department. I paid over $500 to have a sunroof leak fixed. Less than a month later, the leak returned. The service manager told me I would need to pay for a second service. When I asked about a warranty on the previous work, I was told that they do not stand behind work of this type. After some discussion, they said they would repair the leak at no charge. Less than a month after the second repair, the leak has returned. I decided to fix it myself and found that they broke most of the clips on the trim panels and did not tighten a wire-tie to hold the drain tube. We are new vehicle owners from a different dealership for this reason.

if it had ZERO on here thats what I would rate it.The service Dept has some kind of gimmick going of getting as many of appointments as they can a day knowing they can't even get to half of them!so they keep your car night after night after night until you get sick of it & demand your car back!Offering shuttle service as a phony perk, plus coffee, water & doughnuts to suck you in like they care about you!They are Greedy is all this is about. Their workers are like Robots that need a job! Needless to say I had a bad experience . My 1st visit I was naive, 2nd I kinda caught on to their assembly line strategy & my final time I knew I'd never be back. They are pathetic!!!

Very good experience with this dealer. Was not planning on buying, was with someone else who was looking. Found a vehicle I really liked. Worked with Lola and was very impressed. Efficient and knew her business. Helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend working with her.

3 times have had to go back to service because it wasn't done right the first time. If you value your time, miles and wear and tear on your car look into alternatives. You will be glad you did

Waited in line for 45 minutes at the service lane as they kept pulling cars in through the lane next to me..then said they couldn’t get my service done til the next day…always get terrible customer service when I came here in the past. NEVER AGAIN!

Been trying to buy a truck from them for almost 2 months !Never get returned calls or emails then a supposed manager calls and said let's put this deal together and raised the price $3,000 !? I said look at the price history why raise it while I've been trying to buy it for over a month ? He says let me see why and call you back CRICKETS that was 2 weeks ago Place is a circus !

Took my truck in to get a simple oil change. Did I make an appointment? No. It's an oil change! We can take your truck right now. I can leave the truck for a day or two and just get to it when you can. I have an extra car so having it done today is not a problem for me. Still no, we can't do it. No good explanation just no. So either they are under staffed or just way too busy and turn business down. The only reason I went there is because of a flyer mailed out from the dealership. Guess I'm headed to the nearest express oil change place that get you in and out in 15 minutes. Don't waste your time here for a simple oil change. Service department needs new management if that's the way to treat customers.

First off they do not disclose their policy regarding vehicles. They pass poor responses on as company policy and they are an embarrassment to all honest dealerships. They play games with MSRP and I will and will never recommend anyone to this dealership. I am very concerned that they even sell cars based on how a family was treated.
