This place is CLUELESS!! I ordered a replacement drawer for my wife's console in her 2016 Dodge Caravan in the first week of November. They called me and told me the part was in. When I went for my service appointment, I was there for two hours until they came and told me they had ordered the wrong color! I had them order the correct color and they were SUPPOSED to call me when it came in, but they didn't. After eight days I called, and they said they had the part. I took a second morning off of work for another service appointment, waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS, only to be told they ordered the wrong part again, so they one they had didn't fit. They told me the correct one would be there the following Monday. On Tuesday morning I called and spoke to the service manager, Taylor, who told me the part wouldn't be there until December 20th. Two minutes later she called back and said they had found the part lying on the floor of the parts department. I went for the final service appointment this morning, waited for an hour (and took off work for the third time!). Tanner came and told me they didn't have the part!! I drove 60 miles round trip three different time, and missed work three different times, all for nothing. DO NOT waste your time with this joke of a business!! I only gave them one start because it wouldn't let me give them zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a ram 1500 from them a few years back. Had the best deal of any other dealership by a couple grand so I made the drive to them instead of a local dealer. But when I got to the finance manager (with a 800 + credit score) they tried to give me an interest rate that was sky high but was best they could do. I got up and proceeded to walk out and they magically found another rate that was much better. Very dishonest and unprofessional in my opinion. Fast forward to current date. Have an issue with my truck that was told would be covered by lifetime warranty. Drove over an hour to service dept to drop off. Service worker said oh you have to give us all your service records for that to be covered and if not you'll be responsible for the cost and it takes a complete breakdown of the engine. (it's an exhaust manifold leak). When I bought the truck I asked multiple times if I had to keep up with service records for warranty and I was told no each time. Do yourself a favor and go to a trusted dealer even if it's a little more. Taylor in the service dept was very nice though.

My vehicle was not completed repaired. For now I am still waiting for the staff's response about the part arrival.

We bought a nice GMC truck,from Beaman Dodge,and had to replace condenser,and over head console,had to call GM Manager,and he told me they dropped the ball on it,that everything would be fix ,pick it up tonight,over console still loose.great sales man though,Allend

My experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was warmly and promptly greeted by Gino. His customer service and assistance were above and beyond. Every person who assisted me was so kind, thorough, and professional. Because my need for repairs was sudden and unexpected, I was prepared to have to wait for an appointment; however, thanks to the kind and efficient staff, I was seen immediately. After the diagnostics were run and problem identified, the team was in constant contact-updating often on the status of my vehicle. The entire process from beginning to end was 10/10 and I will use Beaman for all my future Jeep needs.

Sadly, I had to click 1 star to post but NEGATIVE five stars wouldn’t suffice. I have never had such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at a dealer in my +14 years of being a Jeep owner. I recently moved to the area and took my vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation, I am the only person who drives the Jeep, additionally there was an issue with the traction control not kicking off which led to the breaks not working properly causing me to almost drive through a red light, they ran diagnostics and said this issue required a part replacement and that the part needed to be ordered, I asked if it was safe to continue driving it since this had happened twice and only when the roads were wet, their response was “just drive slow when it’s raining”, obviously a ridiculous response which should’ve triggered concern right there and then. A few days after the oil change/tire rotation, I noticed the front right fender was broken, I had not noticed it previously but also had not looked at the right side of the vehicle. Because it was unclear how this might have happened, I called the dealer to ask about getting it fixed and was told that the fender might have been damaged during the tire rotation (note- I was TOLD that the fender might have been damaged at the dealers by their own personnel, not the other way around, I was simply trying to get scheduled to have it fixed through the body shop). Upon arriving for my appointment, the representative that met me at the door proceeds to explain, over and over again, why this wouldn’t have happened with a tire rotation, which is fine, not my concern, I just want the thing fixed. After waiting for a while, he comes back and tells me that his supervisor told him that they would take care of half the cost of the repair since it was unclear how this had happened, again, I didn’t ask for the repair to be covered by the dealer, I just wanted the damn thing fixed without such unnecessary run around and “explaining”. The fact that for some reason they decided to cover the cost told me that there was a possibility they could’ve caused the damage. I then asked about the part that had been ordered for the traction issue and was told that there was no such record of a part being ordered and that there were no codes showing on diagnostics done on the vehicle, thus after the previous guy told me there was an error and that the replacement part was ordered. I was not then told that I would get a call to schedule the fender repair… but I had brought it in for the repair, I was coming off night shift after working for 24 hours just for them to tell me that I needed to schedule another appointment to get it fixed because they had to order and paint a new fender, why wasn’t I told this to begin with? Then the rep said that he personally would be giving me a call the following day to get the vehicle scheduled, he never called, when I called, no one could give me an answer or direct me to someone who could help. When I finally got transferred to a manager (Taylor), her immediate statement was “I see that we have a part ordered for the traction control repair”… soooo she was right away able to see that even after the day prior, the rep “Ziggie,” however you spell his name, adamantly denied that there was ever an issue with the traction control and stated that there was no part ordered on record, and spent half an hour lecturing me about how the dealer couldn’t possibly have damaged the fender only to end up telling me that they were going to cover half of the repair cost, needless to say, at this point I had lost confidence in anything anyone told me at that place. I then spoke to another manager, Troy, who stated he’d look into the problem and give me a callback, he never did, as someone who works over 40 hours a week on night shift, I had to spend valuable time staying awake during the day to call call the dealer trying to get answers. Taylor was the only person in that deplorable excuse for a dealership who actually tried to help but it seemed like she herself was having difficulty getting her own personnel.
