Cason Lane Car Wash is a busy and generally well-kept place. It offers both touchless and soft-touch automatic wash options, which many customers find effective and recommend as a good clean for the price. The touchless wash, in particular, is frequently cited as doing a pretty good or great job. The facility provides self-service bays with brushes and pressure washers for specific needs like removing tree sap, which customers find reasonably priced. However, the experience can be inconsistent. Equipment maintenance is a common concern. Some vacuums are reported to be weak, with attachments that fall off easily, and their promoted "turbo" suction often does not function. In the self-service bays, pressure hoses can malfunction. Occasional problems with the automatic wash, like a missing spot-free rinse leaving cars soapy, have also been reported. When issues arise, customers note a frustrating lack of available contact information to report problems or seek refunds. While many customers frequent and recommend the car wash for its convenience and usual service, these operational inconsistencies can lead to unsatisfactory visits.
The remodel is a huge upgrade! Many more options for self wash. Also takes card or cash at each stall, which I really liked. The price did go up a hair, but the options are worth it.
