If they can't sell it right away for a 110percent profit they don't even ask if you are just pawning it or selling it. Like a normal pawn shop would, which is why their selfs are bare , I suspect. Unless you just got some hot stuff your unloading , I don't recommend this shop.

SCAM ALERT ? do not go here to sell your gold they are liars , when I asked how much is gold going for they told me 12$ per gram and we all know it’s not been 12$ a gram since 1989 and tried to then say we’re giving you more than anyone lol ? I can’t believe shops that run a business can get away with this scam I’m calling the news paper and reporting them and the BBB … what ever you do stay away from these scam artists

Very unfriendly staff . This store apprently is different than litterally every other cash america pawn because i tried to pawn a GPS that i litterally just picked up from another location not even a week ago and was told they dont take them. No doubt the employee was lieing cause it was close to closing time and just didnt want to deal with me. I'll never do buisness here again. Terrible service.

I have a hard time rating this place. The people are always amazing and very nice. My fiancee and I bought wedding set here. We got an excellent deal and I get compliments on my rings all of the time. We got them appraised for way more than we bought them. However, I went to sell my other engagement ring and that is where my good review ends. They offered me $500 for a wedding set that was appraised for a lot more. I went to another shop and they offered me double with no issues whatsoever. It’s good to buy jewelry from but not good to sell jewelry at.

These guys are STELLAR. They are friendly, they are fun, they've taken good care of me for over 3 years at both this AND the north Gallatin location in East Nashville. I don't know how they can have a 3 star overall rating, let alone many ratings under 4 stars(I understand that stuff happens and some 1 and 2 star ratings will be legitimate.) But a lot of low ratings have to be from people who "didn't know the McDonald's coffee was hot"...
