Zach at this location along with the college street location and Lebanon location went above and beyond for me!! Enterprise has been the MOST helpful during this entire nightmare. “When I first walked in there was a worker behind the counter on phone & after 4 minutes standing around waiting to be waited on & he recognized me, asked if I had been waited on, I told him no. He said he would be with me in a minute, went outside & walked around parking lot talking on his phone. I was furious until Torrey came in, super friendly & helpful. I told him what that other guy did, Torrey said he would have a talk with him. So my 5 star rating is because of Torrey, someone who didn’t mind doing his job, instead of taking a personal phone call.”
