Went and picked out a vehicle and they didn't stop until I got approved! Im in nursing and work through agency so any nurse definitely understands how make major money but every bank takes you through so much guaranteeing the loan! Was a quick process. A couple of days due to my schedule, needless to say we rolling! Try them out, get what you want so you won't feel taken advantage of!! Definitely will buy another vehicle from them!

I just bought an amazing car from an amazing group of professionals!!! One of the very best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. Miguel was a super nice down to earth guy, knowledgeble and helpful. Overall, this place was great. Miguel was super friendly and helpful. I come from out of town; He took care of everything so when I was in town, I wouldn’t have to spend that much time at the dealer, just sign a few documents and leave with my new car. I didn’t feel any pressure at all. He was understanding when I was not sure if to buy with him or go with other options I had. He gave me time to think. When I was ready, Miguel was there to help. Jeremy was also very helpful explaining all about the documents I had to sign. Nice staff! The only reason I gave three stars is because they gave me one copy of the car keys. Cars come with two copies all the time. I think they should have made an extra copy for me as it is customary to buy a car with two copies. Now, I have to pay out of my packet to get a copy of the car key, which it is a little costly.

Went there to trade in my 2013 Ram 1500 for something bigger. There was a big blue Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, had everything I needed. They make a big deal about how it was a company truck, how it taken care of, everything on it was clean and well done. Made the trade, found the loan, a day after I drive it off the lot the engine light comes on and the breaks are squeaking. Bring it back, they said the engine light was because the gas cap was loose. That didn’t work, so they say a vapor canister was broken, so they replace it. Still doesn’t work, they say the one they replaced it with was faulty, and they can’t fix the breaks because they already paid for the other repair.A few days later, the light comes on AGAIN. At this point I’ve already established the guys there about as trustworthy as Joe Biden in a daycare of sniffing-sized children, so I take it somewhere else. And still, almost 6 months later, this truck has been nothing but problems and no one seems able to figure it out.

The people were great, very nice and accommodating. The truck has a major issue I didn't detect at purchase, so I only gave them 3 stars.but in all honesty they may not have known it either, after all the truck was 8 years old.

I went to Car One on February 12, 2022 to check out the vehicles they had on their lot because I was told that they would indeed pay the remainder of the loan off if I did a trade in on their lot. I test drove 2 of their vehicles and looked at maybe 5/6 total out of all of them I really liked one but was unable to trade in my van for it because it was priced way over market value and the loan would not work with the vehicle I liked but all the others that I looked at either sounded bad, leaking from the engines somewhere and one truck even had an error pop on the dash as soon as I started the car. A full day of looking at vehicles on their lot and it seemed as if all of them had something wrong with them. Now here it is February 24, 2022 and I have taken my van to a dodge dealership to diagnose everything that is wrong with this van and it is almost 5,000 in repairs that Car One and Tire World have claimed to fix over and over again. These businesses have been taking my van and resetting all the codes to make it look as if the van has been repaired, but in all actuality it has not been fixed. The dealership has also informed me that the motor inside my van is not the original motor, that it is infact a used motor that was put in, and Car One never disclosed to me this information before purchasing. I reached out to Car One and Tire World on February 25, 2022 to inform on the matter and both businesses are now not speaking to me or willing to help because I have reported to the BBB If you Plan on getting a vehicle from here make sure you go to the extremes and ask to test drive for at least a week, so everything they try to cover up with vehicles will come to light. Also take it to a professional dealership and have them look over everything before purchasing!! highly suggest looking at their personal vehicles before looking at their commercial vehicles. If they don't take care of the smaller personal vehicles what makes you think they will take care of the bigger commercial ones! Worst car lot I could have ever bought from.

Everyone at Car One were exceptional during the van buying experience. It was a quick and simple process. We were approved quickly. They even held our van until we came back a few days later from a trip. The guys in the office are very personable and easy to talk with! -Thank you all!

The guys here are great! Hilarious and welcoming. Unfortunately, the van I was sold was not a good one. I was told it was just a hose and to come back and have it serviced when the part came in. I was never called back about the part after reaching out multiple times. I had the check engine light serviced and it was not a hose. The engine is warped and catalytic converters are clogged. Nice guys just make sure you do your due diligence before buying. Learned my lesson.

I am leaving a ZERO star rating for Car One in Murfreesboro TN!!!!! We went and test drove a truck in the pouring rain, the heater, defrost, a/c didn't work, the heated seats didn't work, electric seat switch was wired backwards.... Ect...with all that said, they said they would send it to the mechanic to get it fixed and let us know when it was back.... We called every day for a week to check on the truck and they kept saying it wasn't back from the shop yet.....We told them we were going to pay with cash.... They sold the truck out from under us !!!!!! Never called!!! Nothing!!!! Never said anything about a deposit to hold it, nothing.... Just said they would let us know when it was back from the shop after it was fixed and they didn't..... just sold it out from under us!!!! You don't treat people like that!!!! Untrustworthy people!!!! This is what is wrong with society!!!!

Awesome experience! I called prior to going to the dealer, and Joe was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. After test driving the truck they made the purchase process quick and painless. I would definitely recommend them, and intend on shopping at Car One for my next vehicle purchase!

Just bought a 2006 F-150 from here and the truck was exactly as described.Chris Ray and Jeremy were extremely helpful .Had a very good experience would absolutely recommend.when im ready to upgrade ill definetly go back
