“Walmart didn’t latch my hood so it came up while driving. Every other shop wouldn’t even give me the time of day(11 week wait). These guys took me in immediately. Some stuff was bent and it wasn’t likely an easy job, But Donnie there ended up coming through and nailing it. It’s a 20 year old Tacoma, and his color matching is so good it’s hard to tell the good paint from the old body paint. They were super honest and up front the whole time. Thank God for small businesses still existing!”
“My car was hit by a huge male buck and it damaged the entire front of my car. The servicemen repaired the entire front of the car, along with many parts underneath the hood. The work they did was exemplary!! Caliber Collision gives fantastic service and is very thorough and very detailed in their repair. This is the no 1 place in Murfreesboro for all car repair. “I got an oil change for my Prius. Very attentive service, but overpriced in my opinion, with bloated extra services (like tire rotation when you may not need one) when you just need an oil change. My advice would be to allow the customer to make the overall price more affordable by allowing them to choose just the services they need.”
