HOORAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
So hard to find places that offer GREAT customer service as this Big Lots location did today. I needed a bedding set and found everything I needed all in the store. The woman that helped me was very kind, knowledgeable and really helpful, kudos to the gentleman who helped as well and showed me an alternative headboard selection in the back! They really went out of their way to help and I cannot express enough my appreciation! Thank you!

I just recently leased a mattress from here and my phone wasn’t acting to par with filling out the online application , I asked the manager Zach they had a public computer I could use to fill out the leasing application , he straight up told me no and didn’t even try to help me , I asked another associate and they got me on a computer real fast. Hunter is super nice!! I will not be buying from here again, atleast not this location because I usually get my furniture from here!!

I must be loving this place to spend 500.00 here in one day, lol.. I did get 3 Big Joe chairs for kids and nice fall decorations to add to some I have. You can't beat those organizers for the closet if you want more room, hopefully they work. Usually when I shop, I go big..I don't shop alot that's why..they did have some really cool Halloween decorations for the yard!
