“Amazing service!!! My son goes to MTSU and we live out of town. His engine light was on and we were going to address that when he got home. On his way out of town, his car overheated. It seemed low on coolant, but the temp indicator was all over the place. Plus it was raining and hard to diagnose if there was a leak or just a bad temp sensor, etc. Once we got a temporary fix (added water to the reservoir, don't judge), I called this O'Reilly location.
I spoke with Trey, and he was awesome! He let me know they'd give us the code(s) and would also check on the coolant situation. They gave him the code and got him the correct coolant so he could get back to the dorm.
This may sound trivial to some, but having a kid out of town with car problems, at night and raining, isn't the best situation. Kudos to Trey and to the O'Reilly team!!!”

“This is the first time I experienced a negative interaction at an O'Reilly's store. A dark haired boy was sitting on a stool scrolling on his phone. The young man checking me out asked him if he would check his drawer for $1 bills so that he wouldn't have to give me almost $4 in coins. Dark haired boy said he pays people in change all the time. It's still the same amount. That is true, but I had asked him to please not do so if possible. Dude kept up an argument with the guy checking me out as if I'm not standing there. He finally saunters over and makes the trade. Never makes eye contact with me. Goes back and scrolls on his phone again. O'Reilly's, why are you paying him? All the other guys were nice, professional, and busy helping customers.”

Before I drove from Shelbyville, TN to Murfreesboro, TN I called them like three times to ask questions. Every time they were extremely nice while answering all of my questions with great patience.
When I got there today to buy a car battery they had exactly what they told me they did on the phone. And it was exactly the same price.
The young man installed my battery in my car BEFORE he rang me up. The whole transaction, installation and all took less than ten minutes, saved me $100 on the same battery elsewhere and was served up with southern small talk and a smile. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.”
