I had a wonderful buying experience. The salseman, Michael Williams was so pleasant and explained the entire process to me. And was so knowledgeable and helpful to help me pick out just the right sectional I needed for the size of my space and kept my budget in mind. He was so wonderful. By the time I left the store I felt like I had just made a new friend. I can't say enough about how awesome and kind Michael is. Badcock of Murfreesboro is my new go-to.

My customers service rep was amazing.Tho when my brand new table was delivered it was damaged I called no answer and havd emailed with no response. 1,500 table damaged. Just bad business..

Michael is absolutely amazing! We were never pressured while deciding on a couch. We have never had such good customer service while deciding on a couch AND after receiving the couch. He has patiently answered any and every question we have had and continued to be kind and personable when we have needed to use our warranty. We will be a customer for life with Michael. I have told my friends and family about this store and the great experiences we have had. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Mark Bennett and Brandon Brewer were very friendly and super helpful. Their customer service is excellent! We went in looking for a couch and found so many different options. The quality of the furniture and styles they have through out the store are very nice. Glad we found this place and looking forward to going back to shop for more!

I had a great experience with Badcock. The sales people were very friendly. One sales guy really stood out to me. His experience and knowledge about the items I purchased was greatly appreciated. I asked a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him his props.I wanna say thank you to him especially .

Found an item on line that we wanted. After looking around we chose to purchase the sofa from Badcock. Their new location is very welcoming. Like numerous businesses, they were short handed. Short wait but they were kind and made us feel valued. Great product (for the few days we've had it).

**Updating after receiving my furniture** They spent all that time explaining to my daughter how we would receive a couch loveseat and chair for a special price. The worker who made it very clear she would not be working there when we got out furniture delivered assured my daughter exactly what we would get for the price we paid. Imagine our shock when our delivery came and we (a family of 4) received a single “3 piece couch” not the 3 pieces of furniture we were told we were getting. There’s no way we would have agreed to purchase a couch that sits only 2 people as it has 2 recliners and a middle console with drink holders when we are a family of 4 with my older daughter and a niece that spend a lot of time with us. We need regular seating for at least 6. Not 2. Of course when my daughter called up there the lady that answered the phone said she would tell the manger and the manager would call her back which of course never happened. At the very least a discount on the matching loveseat would be a somewhat nice gesture. I don’t recommend this store at all. The manager that was there when we ordered the furniture has also left the company. Obviously they can’t keep help there and the help is so disgruntled they screw over customers. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Excellent customer service. Staff is really patient and takes the time to help you. I highly recommend this store!!

Planned to furnish a three bedroom house here including dining table etc. The unwillingness to help and dismissive attitude from these staff members sent me right out of the door. Not paying your commission or prices with poor attitudes. Zero stars
