They were extremely helpful without pressure to sound a certain way nor did they try to upsale. The products speak for themselves with very simple showroom and the sound demos very closely resembling what I bought and have in my system. Very friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. They made recommendations and explained limitations of certain components. They listened to what I was wanting to achieve and they helped me get there…and then some. I even added a couple of components during installation and they were very reasonable and had the time rather than rescheduling. “I brought my 2007 Corvette into Pogue’s Auto Body after a 17 year old girl blew through a stop sign and plowed into my passenger front. From the very beginning Donnie (owner) began to advise me on how to best handle the situation. And he was right! Right down the line. I just picked up my Corvette today and I must say…looks better than new. In every way. Zero flaws that I could find and I am a perfectionist! “Once again, great job by the guys at Clark's Body Shop. Both times that I've had work done here, it was excellent quality and the turnaround time was short. The color match on my BMW front fascia came out perfect. It's no secret that paint and body work is quite expensive. You might be able to get a cheaper job done elsewhere, but I didn't shop around for price comparisons because the old adage is true, "you get what you pay for". Next I was going to paint the hood & roof of my 4runner with spray cans. Instead of just taking my money, Martin told me it would be so much easier to use a proper sprayer and even walked me through every step. “Such a quick and painless process! I had a large dent on the back of my suv that I was procrastinating to get fixed. They got me in same day for an estimate. I was able to drop off for repair a few days later and they had it completely done in just a few days. They worked directly with my insurance and I didn’t have to do anything but drop it off and pick it up! I got daily updates on the progress and they also notified Enterprise when I needed picked up for a rental and even got it returned for me. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with this experience and definitely recommend them! They did a great job.”

Before I drove from Shelbyville, TN to Murfreesboro, TN I called them like three times to ask questions. Every time they were extremely nice while answering all of my questions with great patience.
When I got there today to buy a car battery they had exactly what they told me they did on the phone. And it was exactly the same price.
The young man installed my battery in my car BEFORE he rang me up. The whole transaction, installation and all took less than ten minutes, saved me $100 on the same battery elsewhere and was served up with southern small talk and a smile. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.”
“Amazing service!!! My son goes to MTSU and we live out of town. His engine light was on and we were going to address that when he got home. On his way out of town, his car overheated. It seemed low on coolant, but the temp indicator was all over the place. Plus it was raining and hard to diagnose if there was a leak or just a bad temp sensor, etc. Once we got a temporary fix (added water to the reservoir, don't judge), I called this O'Reilly location.
I spoke with Trey, and he was awesome! He let me know they'd give us the code(s) and would also check on the coolant situation. They gave him the code and got him the correct coolant so he could get back to the dorm.
This may sound trivial to some, but having a kid out of town with car problems, at night and raining, isn't the best situation. Kudos to Trey and to the O'Reilly team!!!”

“I had a very good experience at this location. They were able to schedule me for an estimate within days of my accident. After the estimate was done, they took my car in within three or four days. It took almost 3 weeks for the repair. I was notified and updated via text and phone the entire time on the progress. Derek was very helpful and informative. The day I was supposed to pick my car up there was some last-minute issues and they were able to resolve them quickly. I feel that they did a very good job with the repair.”
