They made recommendations and explained limitations of certain components. They listened to what I was wanting to achieve and they helped me get there…and then some. Matter of fact, the sound quality has far exceeded my expectations. Very good! Excellent! My friends have been blown away.I appreciate the local business and thank them for a great install. I even added a couple of components during installation and they were very reasonable and had the time rather than rescheduling. The color match on my BMW front fascia came out perfect. It's no secret that paint and body work is quite expensive. You might be able to get a cheaper job done elsewhere, but I didn't shop around for price comparisons because the old adage is true, "you get what you pay for". “Walmart didn’t latch my hood so it came up while driving. Every other shop wouldn’t even give me the time of day(11 week wait). These guys took me in immediately. Some stuff was bent and it wasn’t likely an easy job, But Donnie there ended up coming through and nailing it. It’s a 20 year old Tacoma, and his color matching is so good it’s hard to tell the good paint from the old body paint. They were super honest and up front the whole time. Thank God for small businesses still existing!”

“Amazing service!!! My son goes to MTSU and we live out of town. His engine light was on and we were going to address that when he got home. On his way out of town, his car overheated. It seemed low on coolant, but the temp indicator was all over the place. Plus it was raining and hard to diagnose if there was a leak or just a bad temp sensor, etc. Once we got a temporary fix (added water to the reservoir, don't judge), I called this O'Reilly location.
I spoke with Trey, and he was awesome! He let me know they'd give us the code(s) and would also check on the coolant situation. They gave him the code and got him the correct coolant so he could get back to the dorm.
This may sound trivial to some, but having a kid out of town with car problems, at night and raining, isn't the best situation. Kudos to Trey and to the O'Reilly team!!!”

“I had a fuel system failure on my way to work this morning. I walked to the store & told them what happened, and they explained what the likely problem(s) were, how to check, and what parts would be necessary. After a socket, some spray cleaner to start the engine with, and a clip (ordered from another store & arived in under 2 hr), i was able to drive over and thank them. Under $20 for everything, and I still made it to work (though only for a few hours). Will certainly return next time I'm in need!”
“This is the first time I experienced a negative interaction at an O'Reilly's store. A dark haired boy was sitting on a stool scrolling on his phone. The young man checking me out asked him if he would check his drawer for $1 bills so that he wouldn't have to give me almost $4 in coins. Dark haired boy said he pays people in change all the time. It's still the same amount. That is true, but I had asked him to please not do so if possible. Dude kept up an argument with the guy checking me out as if I'm not standing there. He finally saunters over and makes the trade. Never makes eye contact with me. Goes back and scrolls on his phone again. O'Reilly's, why are you paying him? All the other guys were nice, professional, and busy helping customers.”

She assisted me with cleaning the corrosion off my battery and did not try and give me anything I did not need. She even allowed me to use her own personal cleaner so I would not have to buy any.
