“Came here to get my mom's Singer sewing machine fixed, in particular fitting a broken bobbin. I called on the phone and the woman informed me it could take 1-2 weeks to fix, depending on whether they needed to order parts, etc. I thought that was super reasonable, particularly given that another sewing repair shop had quoted me 5 weeks, which I thought was insane. I brought the machine in, was directed to the repair shop in the back of the store, and was immediately met by the repair man to explain what I needed fixed. My mom's bobbin had broken and I had ordered her a replacement but we struggled to put it back in and it made me wonder if it was the right bobbin. The repair man at this shop immediately looked at the machine, confirmed I had bought the right part, and went ahead and placed the bobbin ad tightened it while I was there. I was in and out in 10 minutes and he didn't even charge me a repair fee (which another store wanted to charge me almost $100 for.) Incredible, quick service and well worth the slightly long drive for me to go to this location. I appreciated so much that he explained to me how to properly insert the bobbin and why her sewing machine model is prone to some bobbin issues. If anything happens to my mom's machine again or she needs a regular tune-up, I won't hesitate to bring her machine here again. Wonderful experience that I can't say enough good things about. They really care about doing right by their customers!”

“This review is for delivery specifically. I ordered several large construction items to my home through this Home Depot. While the delivery fee is $80 and I had to wait a couple weeks for the items, I was impressed by the service of the workers. First off, a few of my items were damaged and I was called to confirm if I was okay with an upgraded item. Second, the delivery man moved the large items into my backyard for me using a forklift. My husband and I assumed they would have been just dropped off in the front yard and we would have had to move them ourselves, but were so grateful that wasn't the case. The main downside was the 6 am to 8 pm window. This would require most people to take a whole day off work for a 10 minute event. Thankfully, I did receive a 20 minute heads up phone call. Hopefully this review can help you weigh the pros and cons of ordering a delivery. My husband and I would definitely order again.”

“I love this location, they've absolutely wonderful customer service and the gentlemen who deliver, Danny and Shawn. Are always great. Whether it's initial delivery or coming to fix something with my furniture they're always efficient and kind. I have gotten a Samsung washer and dryer from here, and now have a beautiful living room set. I couldn't be happier!”

As for the client services, they are on point also. When I needed to exchange or replace an item, they made the process seamless and were very professional.”
