Courtney was awesome, and we walked out happy. We've been to at least 5 stores before this one; there were more options here and her customer service was absolutely perfect! We were able to get the best sectional for our home, and we'll definitely be back.

I would give it negative stars if it would let me. I would NOT recommend buying furniture at American Signature and having it delivered. I was told when we bought our expensive mattress and adjustable base that our delivery date was feb 27. I was told I would get a call 3 calls. 1 3 days before delivery to confirm. I got that call. I was told I would receive another call a day or two before with a delivery window and the rep on the first call confirmed that call would come. I never got that call. The 3rd call was to be on the day of the delivery and the rep on the first call confirmed that. I still did not receive a call but received two text 7 minutes apart. The first was to alert me of the upcoming delivery on the 27th with the delivery window. Odd since it WAS the 27th. Then exactly 7 minutes later I got a text saying the bed was out for delivery and to expect it between 8:30 and 11:30. At this point I figured we would see them soon. When the hadn't shown up at 1:00 I called the number listed on the text. I let it ring for two minutes before hanging up. I then called again and let it ring for 12 minutes (I have record of the call on my phone). It flipped over to American Value and someone finally answered. While I was explaining what the problem was I got an incoming call from American Signature telling me the missed my call. I was then informed that they had to reschedule because they couldn't reach me. BUT THEY NEVER CALLED ME. So he lied. I have records of all calls to prove they never made the second two calls I was told to expect. If the had over booked or had issues I could have understood but instead they lied saying they did call when I can prove they didn't. DONT BUY FROM AMERICAN SIGNATURE unless you like being lied to. They lost my business for life. The next day I'm still waiting for a call for the rescheduled delivery but I did get a text. Don't tell me you will Call me if what you mean is you will only get a text. At least this time the text came the day before the scheduled delivery. We will see tomorrow if they actually do deliver.

This location was absolutely AMAZING!Everyone was so helpful!Their sales clerk, Austin, was incredibly knowledgeable and was truly wonderful with helping my wife and I on selecting our new furniture! He provided amazing service and really knew how to connect to his customers!This place truly knows the meaning behind great customer service.My wife and I are truly satisfied, and we will definitely visit again in the future for anything else we might need.
