Worth the 3 hr drive for my sister to get perfect lashes this studio is more like Utah where they actually have good front desk people do not go to nashville if you expect to ben treated well

Lash techs are great and sweet however, THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY LIKE A THEIF IN THE NIGHT. for just one time to get lashes done for an event... they MAKE you put your card number in file and they will continue to charge whatever they please even though you only went once. $498 came out of account!!!!!!! They will NOT issue a refund instead they issue in store credit and STILL REFUSE to remove card number on file. This has happened to two other co workers of mine as well. Not cool.

The stars are for Brooke and Haley not the overall establishment. My first experience with lashes was wonderful; Brooke was super helpful and patient with me and all the questions I asked. Broke also presented very professional and knowledgeable which helped so much. After my first visit, I had little to no lashes come out, and I didn’t experience any discomfort.Sadly, the second visit was quite the opposite. Kayley took an hour at minimum to refill the lashes even though there was not much to refill. She coughed a lot while doing my lashes; the good news is I was wearing a mask. My daughter who had Kayley for her first visit forewarned me that Kayley coughs a lot.I didn’t notice until I was home that my right eye had more lashes than the left. The insides of my eyes seemed bare. Overall, the look was nothing like the first time; I could definitely tell her skill level was not the same as Brooke’s. My eye lids felt heavy, and they felt slightly irritated. My eyelashes felt hard and rough every time I blinked even after washing as instructed by Kayley, and within 24 hours I started losing eyelashes. It was a complete nightmare.I called three times within two weeks period because of my disappointment. The first call, I’m certain I spoke with Kayley because I recognized her voice. She still sounded very stuffy. I told her that I was losing what I thought was an extensive amount of lashes, and it hadn’t been full week since the refill. Kayley told me that I would have to pay over $200 to have my lashes fixed because I didn’t call within 4 days after the refill. I was frustrated and discouraged; and I told her I would wait another week and schedule with Brooke. Kayley did not apologize nor seemed to care about what I had expressed.The second time I called I’m unsure who I spoke with, but I was told I would be contacted by a manager. I never received a call from anyone. The third time I called I made sure to schedule with Brooke. I also expressed my frustration once more to the person I spoke with; that person also told me I would receive a call from a manager. I never received a call from a manager about this issue. Also, on the third call I was told I would still have to pay $119 for a refill. Soooo frustrating.It was on today when I had my appointment that I received good quality customer service. Haley told me I had a credit on my account and that I owed nothing for the refill. She answered several questions that I had regarding the policies. I also showed Haley pictures of my daughter’s lashes that were filled 3 days ago, and Haley agreed that she shouldn’t have lost so many lashes within 3 days. I also pointed out how clumpy some lashes were while other lashes looked scarce. Even though I was telling Haley about our not so good experiences she never once seemed upset, frustrated, or anything. She was apologetic and offered to help. I really appreciated her patience and understanding.I felt bad for Brook on today’s visit because I know for certain she cleaned up Kayley’s mess. The visit was worth it though because I can already feel the difference. My eyes don’t feel irritated; my eyes don’t feel heavy; and my lashes are even and full. I’m planning to remain a client, but I’ll only schedule with Brooke.Hopefully, this review is read and preventative steps are taken so that customers receive consistent quality service and better care.

This was my first time coming to this place & I am very happy with the results! Kenya, was awesome! She took her time & made sure they were what I wanted when I left. However, the price was a little steep & the front desk lady was rude, but the service that was offered was worth it. I will be back for my fill.

i love getting my lashes done here, a little pricy but i love them. on the other hand, the front desk lady is super rude! made me cancel my membership so i wouldn’t have to deal with her again.Service: Eyelash extensions

Great lash tech. The lashes were cheap and don't stay on. The front desk girls only pay half the attention and are constantly on their phones.

Quay is great at this location. She is gentle and informative. Quay has done my lashes three times and they look great and hold up well. The studio is nice and clean. I like the hours of availability as well.

I like the fact that they always have someone available. I only come here because my cousin's shop is far from where I live. They artists are normally very profession and do a great job. Sometimes their glue fumes burns your eyes though. It goes away. Not sure what they use differently from my cousin's shop because I never had an issue there with burning eyes.

I've been coming to Amazing Lash for about seven years now. I've been to four locations throughout that time and this is the worst one I've experienced. The stylist did a decent job and was very sweet (Quay). The front desk staff ruined it for me though. If you're not going to honor my credits from another Amazing Lash location, tell me that before the service. All other locations have honored my credits and called my "home location" to pull my information. "Well they never answer their phone, so I'll have to charge you" is not the answer. A lack of communication between YOUR business is not MY problem. That's not customer service. I'll be going to other locations from now on, as they have never had an issue respecting my credits and membership.Update: They refunded me. Very appreciative of that. Still going to another location to avoid this happening again.

Quay did my lashes and did a fantastic job! I always have her do my refills. With that being said I have to say the front desk people are horrible. When I called to make my appointment the young lady that answered the phone was very rude. When I came in for my appointment with Quay they didn't let her know that I was there. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes. I finally asked if Quay knew I was there and that's when they went back and told her. I also found out that one of the young ladies at the front has had several complaints about her yet no one in management does anything about it

I feel completely robbed. This place is a joke. I NEVER HAVE WROTE A REVIEW IN MY LIFE. So anyways. I SIGNED UP FOR THE $80 deal they were running. When I got into the room I showed a pic of what was apparently a hybrid. (I don't know much, just what I see on other people). The girl then told me that was like a $25-30 add on. I said "no I'm good, i really just want them shorter and thicker". So then she does my lashes. When I look in the mirror I'm thinking "these are long and thin but whatever I guess that's what I payed for" So I get up to pay, MY TOTAL WAS $135. I said "um what happen to the $80 price" and they said "what you got was a $55 add on" and I'm in shock, not used to this, I said "I was not expecting this price. BECAUSE I WAS NEVER TOLD. NOT TO MENTION IT WASNT EVEN WHAT I ASKED FOR. I paid and left. It's now 4 days later and I have half of the lashes on still. I have also done everything to take care of them, brushing, foam cleaner, sleeping on my back. Now I probably wouldn't have came on here to complain if they were what I asked for and I still paid that price. But that price would have got me 10x more lashes somewhere 10x better And I wouldn't be sitting $135 in the hole after 4 days of something that should last 4-6 weeks.

The customer service at this location is good however the quality of work hasn't been great. I typically schedule a refill every two weeks out of necessity because my lashes are almost gone before my next appointment. I recently visited another studio and was surprised that at almost two weeks later my lashes are still intact . I've only lost a couple of lashes and it's been almost two weeks. This has never happen at this location, my lashes are over 50% gone within the first week.

I came in to get lash extion fill..I was referred here by a friend. It upon first glance was dirty. I wasnt wrong as a week later I got a NASTY infection in my eye. Never again will I go here.Service: Eyelash extensions
