I’ve been a long time customer of Alumni Hall in Murfreesboro and have always received great customer service! It’s more than that though, it’s a community where the employees are fans as well. Extra shout out to the manager Cam. Great service.

Stopped in while visiting the area. Staff that I encountered were super friendly. They had a decent selection of items. Overall, it was a good experience. Check them out for Tennessee Vols gear.

I went to this location today to pick up a few items for my baby. I was greeted with a hello, I asked two of the staff members if they had any baby clothes, they responded quickly with a no. I decided to take a look just to be sure, I walked to the back and saw a plethora of baby items ranging from 6 months and up in UT clothing and a little in MTSU clothing. Emma was at the register and I approached her informing her that there tons of items for a baby, she was sarcastic with her response and unfriendly. I am sorry that she has to work in retail but she should be more friendlier when working in retail.

I live out of town but every time I come thru Murfreesboro, I stop here. The staff are always SUPER friendly and helpful. Wide selection of UT gear. Store is clean and well organized. Never once had a bad experience.

Stopped in today, usually come thru once a month- maybe twice. Very friendly staff as usual- always greet you and try to help you. Very good selection of UT, and honestly good selection of MTSU for what room they have! Always find what I need and purchased my things along with infant clothes for UT and MTSU- cheerleading outfits! Emma was very helpful along with her manager! Thanks, will be back again!

My husband and I went to this store looking for a specific college t-shirt. We were the only customers in the store. The two people working there had their eyes fixed on the TV when we walked in. They didn't even acknowledge us at all. Not a hello, may I help you find something, nothing! We couldn't find what we were looking for, and on our way out, I told the guy "Thank you for your great customer service!" He just looked at me weird. Absolutely crazy!

Incredibly rude staff. I shopped on Friday and the guys working were very kind. I needed to exchange a sweatshirt I bought for my son for a larger size, so I returned on Saturday with the sweatshirt (tags still attached) and my receipt. Both of the ladies working were rude and hateful. It was the most bizarre interaction I’ve ever had.

Great store with local fan wear. Mostly clothing but also has a jewelry selection with mostly Tennessee, MTSU, and some Nashville related gear. Fair quality and brand names and OK prices.
