Rory, Thomas and Casey went above and beyond to get me into a car over the holiday weekend. I came in to the dealership as a newly divorced mom of two with a lot of particular needs. They worked hand-in-hand with me to find me the best case scenario to fit my budget. Not only did they stay committed to helping me find a car, but also made sure to be sensitive to my circumstances keeping them at the forefront at all times. I would highly recommend sending any of my personal friends or family to them in the future. I cannot thank them enough!

I recently purchased a car from Absolute Auto, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The car is absolutely awesome—just what I was looking for.

Mr. Mike and his team greeted my mother and me, with hospitality and open arms! I came in very nervous with anticipation but he quickly reassured me that I am in good hands. It was a great and thorough process. Mr. Mike and the team were very detailed, honest, and respectful! There are some salesmen and dealerships that can be very shady, but not Absolute Auto Center, Mr. Mike, or his team! They were and are very straight forward and I thank them so much for the well-needed advice. Thank you, so much Mr. Mike!

They do NOT perform whatever point inspection they claim on their vehicles. Customer service is just as bad as the cars they sell.

Tom and Anna were amazing. We were helping some long time friends find a vehicle and they went above and beyond to get them approved for an affordable vehicle- AND it was the monthly payment they asked for! We stopped at 8 other different dealerships and Absolutely Auto was the one that took the best care of them! Definitely recommend!

I was really hoping I'd be able to leave a rave review for this company as they were highly recommended to me and I saw other positive reviews but sadly this is not the case. But I want to preface this review - my low rating has nothing to do with not getting a car from them.. It has to do with the professionalism or lack there of. I initially called this lot on Friday the 5th to ask some simple questions. I proceeded to go to the lot after work to look around and maybe get something started. I was greeted by Casey and told that unfortunately, their entire system had been down. ( No big deal, not their fault, I understood that.) My husband and I both went back to the lot the next day ( Saturday ). We are both in the market for a new vehicle after a bankruptcy. My husband looked a couple vehicles and I just wanted to check the status on my approval because they had already run my credit and taken pay stubs etc. I was told by Casey that he was still working on it. I understand things take time so I said okay. My husband chose the vehicle he would like to try to get and submitted all his information to them as well. We were told we'd get a call on Monday with updates to both cases. We didn't. I have had to call in and ask for updates and each time, I don't get a call back or I get told "I don't know." Made me feel like they didn't care at all or weren't trying to help. I finally get a call on the 17th mind you from Casey stating that he got me approved for a vehicle with a 2600 down payment. I told him I had no cash down, after just filing a BK and all I had down was my car to trade in. I made that very transparent at the start. He continuously asked me "well can you put down $1000 or what's the most you can put down." Again, nothing. I would have loved to been able to put some down but I just didn't have it. Plus the vehicle he said I was approved for, I didn't get to look at, test drive or see. I was told the bank picks the vehicle. NO. The buyer picks the vehicle, the bank says yes or no. They refused to run my husbands application at all because they said his job history isn't long enough - after we told them multiple times he's only been with his current job 3 months but for the past 6/7 years he had his own business and tax returns to prove income, that's what we use with everyone. Fast forward to today, 07/18 I get a "Letter" via email from a company called credit acceptance that stated Absolute Auto submitted an application for financing on my behalf and we can approved you based on the following: contact dealership for details. So, I call them to get the details. Rory answers the phone and I asked to speak with Casey. Casey was unavailable and I asked for a call back, which has yet to come and I doubt it will. I looked online at the price of the vehicle I was "approved" for and it was over $20K. When I asked Casey if he could submit the vehicle I was interested in that is only $13K maybe the bank won't need such a huge down payment or maybe it'll be low enough I could figure out a way to come up with the down payment. Because if a bank will agree to loan $20 surely they'll loan$13 right?! He told me no. Now, again, this went on over 2 weeks now. Not mad that we still don't have cars from them. Sometimes you get a car, sometimes you don't. I am however, very unimpressed with the lack of communication, lack of promptness, and the feeling that I don't matter or am not valued as a customer. After two weeks of drawing this out, I still don't have all the answers and I feel like they only wanted my money and didn't give a crap about actually helping. I wouldn't have been upset at all if they just said "I'm sorry there's really nothing we can do to help at this time." At least it would have been honest. Instead we were strung along, stressed and in a time crunch to get new vehicles. I don't recommend this business to anyone- for simply lack of prof

Do not buy a car from this car lot. I’m back again with another review for a reason. I brought them my vehicle back for service an they continue to give me the runaround about when it’s suppose to be fixed I feel they are hindering my car. Also I almost died in traffic trying to dive this vehicle of course I took it back to them. The wheels an tires locked up on me an the vehicle slowed down on the interstate it was out of my control. Im almost to the pointe to where I don’t want the vehicle back whenever they decide to say it’s done. I want to pursue getting my name of this loan. Because I don’t have a clue what’s going on right now. They put me on hold when I call or they just let the phone ring continuously and never get back to me. I had a life before I started dealing with them. An now it’s going down the drain. My credit card from getting rentals is maxed out now that they had my car going on 20 days now. Not to mention I have a car note I still have to pay. I just want this nightmare to end. Listen to me.. Do not ever purchase a car from this business. They don’t care if you have a good car experience. They don’t care if you can’t make it to work each day. All they want is your money. I don’t wish this car lot on my worst enemy. I’ve never been so drained in my life. Look at this picture I posted I never seen a car display this error message until I got a car from Absolute.

The folks at Absolute Auto Center are amazing and very friendly. I had a very good experience and they explained all the complicated terms in plain and simple language. Shout outs to Mr. Rory and Mr. Kaissi; you guys are amazing!!

Even though I didn't end up buying a car with them, it was just not in my budget, they were absolutely so amazing with me. Trying their hardest to get deals for me, treating me like family. Justin is awesome. He always offered to take me home so I wouldn't have to Uber and spend money because he knew my situation. He even got me breakfast one time when I needed to wake up early to go see them. Thoughtful dealership and will NOT take advantage like unfortunately most dealerships do when they just want to get a car out of their lot. Please purchase a car here!

My dad got me a car from this dealership 6 months ago. An it broke down 13 days after purchasing. So I took it back to them an they never fixed the issue. My vehicle has been in service more than I can drive it. I’ve spent countless amounts of money on repairs and rentals. An as of today. I loss my job of 5yrs due to constantly getting the runaround from this business. My finances are completely drained. My car is currently in the service as I write this review. Please don’t buy a car from this business.
