If you're late paying they will put their lock on the unit. Then expect you to remove their lock. I refused. Not mine and I didn't put it their. Took them 5 days to unlock it. They do not manage this facility locally.

Couldn't get into facility which is very annoying. Called the company to get it fixed. Jobel was very helpful and personally gets a 5 star. Not getting in creates a hassle which reduced to a 4 star overall

Never had issues except the spike in rent 9 months in the lease. And the black widows, although they were keeping the other bugs from getting in my belongings. Also wish the had a map online of the layout and the unit numbers.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I paid for my parking spot for my camper and received the information telling me the spot number and all of the other relevant information. When I arrived at the storage facility, the gates were wide open there was not a human to be found who could assist me. I called the number and was routed to a call center and they were unable to assist me. They essentially told me to put my camper in any open space I wanted to because there was no available map to even provide guidance on where I should be parking. I’m concerned about a few things one is there is no on-site person to assist if there is a concern or problem. Two, The lack of security at the facility leaves me great concern for my belongings and my property. I’m paying a premium to park there and getting less than adequate customer service and safety/security.

Yes, it was under my husbands name and this my old name here. We had tried discussing these issues with you before leaving as mentioned and so I don’t think there is anything else to discuss. Thank you.My husband and I had our things there over 2 years and it was a great place when we first moved in but has gone down hill greatly since new management. The owners are not local and very hard to work with or communicate with. The security gates have been broken for a long time. We’ve caught people trying to break into units and notified authorities as well as the management but management did not care. They also have hiked the cost up at least 3 to 4 times in the recent past. Another family member had a unit there too and experienced the same difficulties we did.
