Bathrooms were locked because they were "just cleaned." Would've bought gas at a different station if I knew that was how things operate here.

Horrible customer service…The associate Teresa is racist and needs to be fired! I contacted corporate office and got a generic response and they are not answering for me to follow up with store mgmt but she is gona get hurt or get them sued if they don’t get her out of that store working with the public immediately!!!

I walked in for a slurpee went to counter, cashier named Barbara never spoke said hello or anything. Had a look on her face like she didn’t like me even though we never met before. She rung me up still didn’t speak, didn’t even tell me the amount of my slurpee. I asked how much she still didn’t say anything, she just looked at the register. I saw it said $1.96. I paid it and left. Barbara never said one word to me. I had on a red shirt came in around 10:55-11pm on 8/16. Manager should look at camera she never spoke one word and had a frown on her face. It felt racist like she didn’t want to speak to a black man, idk maybe I could be wrong about racist part but she definitely frowned and never said one word to me and that is fact. Check the camera boss

store locator is a Problem. The 7/11 right nxt to me doesn't even show up. Think google maps/directions hasn't changed "location". Its still showing as the TigerMarket that 7/11 bought out/took over store location. so i can't order delivery/pick up or anything at all, bc its simply doesnt' even recognize the address as 7/11

Great place to shop!! I live about 10 minutes away and pass two 7-Elevens just to go to this one! New management is great! The store looks better than ever! New products, new look! Always lower on the gas price spectrum... especially to be by the interstate! Proud and loyal customer as long as I am a resident of Murfreesboro!!!

The manager that runs this establishment. Has no customer service experience. She is very rude disrespectful and does not have what it takes to lead.The other employees should be the manager. They need to fix this immediately or they will be losing more than just me as a customer

This is my go to gas station. The customer service here is amazing. All the staff is super friendly. The manager Ciara is very friendly and professional. The store is always neat and clean. Patsy always has a hello and a wonderful smile for you. Do yourself a favor and stop here regularly.
