They texted me saying they were out of stock of my Rx then the next day they claimed my Dr. would not refill it. I emailed my Dr. & she refilled it no problem. Now it is saying they will not refill it until TOMORROW. This whole mess has been taking place over 4 days!!! I have missed 4 doses of my Thyroid Rx.

Their busy as usual, but they get the job done quickly as they can and the employees at the drive through window always seem to be nice and professional.

The cashier was completely rude for no apparent reason. Had an attitude and was condescending. Completely unprofessional and wasn’t helpful.

My husband went to pickup a medication called in by my doctor and the cashier made him feel as if he was asking for a favor (that she wasn’t willing to give) by having her run my insurance under a different number.Backstory-I was active duty and sometimes my (old and expired) TRICARE picks up occasionally, while I am now a beneficiary on my husbands TRICARE.He ended up paying the $100 to get my medicine and avoid a delay. This happened with this Walgreens before with our children as well, which prompted us to go to Munford Pharmacy (who had no issue). Convenience is not worth it; we will not be back.

The pharmacy closed their registers almost 1/2 hour early and I couldn't purchase what I needed. Very poor service to your customers.

Wow, the lady on the phone was so helpful and friendly! She was willing to do some leg work to get my prescription fast! I have never been treated so well! There is hope left in the medical world!

I’m having muscle spasms in my back so my doctor sent over some muscle relaxers and a steroid and it took over 3hours to fill it. They still didn’t have it filled when I got there at the time the app said. The guy at the drive thru told me he couldn’t run my debit card then walked away from the window and came back 2-3 mins later and told me I needed to move out of his drive thru and quit blocking it. I am very disappointed. I only went to them because they closed at 10, Munford pharmacy closes at 7 so I wanted my meds tonight to help my back but no I didn’t even get them. ??

Since April of this year at least one of my prescriptions have been late or on back order. EVERY MONTH!!!! If there’s a problem with your shipment or connection it’s time to find the source of your problem. My medication is the same every month so there’s No Surprise. ??It’s the same prescription on the same day each month.Walgreens in Munford ,TN let’s get it together!

I literally hate this Walgreens. I am to a point I will drive to millington or Covington. I had a prescription sent over from next-door at the red med clinic. 2 1/2 hours later it had not even been processed into their system. I attempted to call Walgreens and speak with them since the website says if it's been more than two hours please reach out to your store. So I did that I was basically told that it isn't their problem. They are really busy and they have no information as to why it's not processing into the system. I called red med back red med was like we show it was received at 11:29 AM this morning. It is now 2:07 in the afternoon.I have a severe kidney infection and I need to get started on these antibiotics so that I can get back to work. But they don't really seem to care because they work they're making money who cares about anybody else.

This is the worst Walgreens that I have ever used. They never have your prescriptions ready, they put you on hold forever, they can't tell you why your prescription was being held up by insurance. They just tell you to come in an hour, then they tell you it isn't ready, come back, though they have called and texted you it is ready. They have one pharmacist that has one speed, slow. No one has any sense of urgency and some people are allowed to stay until their prescription is filled, but they always tell me to leave and come back. I would recommend going elsewhere and I usually get mine filled in Memphis, but I was home today. May try Covington next time.

How about not sending a letter saying you're send two bills out the month of July and then not do it. Plus do something like this when people are uncertain about working because of this pandemic which this town has handled poorly. Followed up by "sorry, we didn't accomplish that, you'll get the bill end of the month for 45 days of used utilities." Cant stand TiPton COuntY!

Ongoing Walgreens Pharmacy Issues continue. Last month two scripts were going on over five days late. Both continued to disappear from my Walgreens iPhone App. I called numerous times and kept getting the same clerk, who continued to ramble and talk over me saying the systems is new to him, he can’t fill the script and don’t know why. What? This clerk is trashing my scripts and had no problem doing so? After a phone transfer to the store Pharmacist, who was reading the same incorrect profile as the clerk, I had to interrupt the rambling pharmacist to stop and breathe. The information in my profile included the wrong doctor. I moved on to the 2nd late script and the Pharmacist began to make up a bogus reason why this disappeared. I immediately requested the documentation he claimed he had but amazingly the script was filled in minutes and I never received the fake documentation or an apology. My Physician and her staff were completely annoyed the pharmacist and a specific clerk refused to follow through and stop placing the burden on customers, doctors and staff in this historic pandemic. Fast forward I receive the same treatment today. If your script was due tomorrow and Munford was in located in Florida with a Hurricane approaching just off shore, this pharmacist wouldn’t have the common sense God gave us, to even give an elderly lady her heart medicine because it wasn’t due until, another 12 hours, when nobody else cares. Pharmacist have discrepancy but some have no common sense God gave most of us. The female staff have all the brains.

I love where I live. People wave, hold doors, help others, say HI, and make great neighbors.
