I purchased a mattress and box spring from the Memphis location which was a smooth process. The guy that sold me the mattress said that I could store the mattress there until ready for pickup. I didn’t pick the mattress up, then out of no where the Memphis location closed without notice. Therefore I’ve been calling the Munford location for MONTHS… Initially I wanted a refund but being that I’m about to move I want to just have the mattress instead. I speak with the same lady when I call and she tells me her boss hasn’t gotten back to her about a resolution. I asked what was there form of communication because you would think they are mailing letters to each other based on the slow response times. She tells me they speak through text. The owner seems EXTREMELY unconcerned just based off the delayed response to his staff about a resolution to a paying customer.

Very racist establishment, I was afraid for my brothers life. I had stay on the phone with him the entire purchasing process and even after. He made a purchase near closing time and had to wait for my father to bring the truck. The police were called on him. Please do not do business with these people AT ALL!!!!

If you need a supported mattress DONT BUY ONE HERE. All of them are bad and nasty. Bought one when I took the plastic off it had a yellow circular stain in the middle of it and found a tag under that stated it was moved from a Warehouse in 2017 and it is now 20121. When I took it back the owner told me I could only exchange it or loose my money. All of the other mattresses on the floor were dirty with stains as well. Who in the hell would want to pay $800 for dirty mattress??? When I purchased it the guy told me all of their mattresses were new.. how does new mattresses have stains on them and no manufacture tags?... Then he told me the stain probably came from residue when they go through cleaning process... why would you have to clean a new mattress... and the stain would oddly be in the middle and yellow.. yeah right. This company is guaranteed selling used mattresses and for the prices in store you can go buy a "New" at a Legit mattress store. The mattress I switched for is Terrible my back has never hurted this bad sleeping on a mattress. I wouldn't recommend a squirrel to this store. Big Tip Go Get A New Mattress
