I wish I could give this place -0 stars, it would be warranted. They disposed of 20 years worth of memories and claimed that I abandoned my unit which was not true. They are theives of the worst kind and this business deserves to be shut down.

Very friendly service. He took all possible COVID precautions for both of our safety. I also forgot to close my unit and left the door wide open with the lock on the ground. Not even 30 minutes after I left, he called to ensure I had been there and to let me know my unit was open.
Amazing customer service and seems to legitimately care about their customers and their belongings. Highly recommend.
