I was informed of date and arrival time. No surprises. Scott was professional and saw immediately what the issue was, and everything was fixed quickly. And offered future repairs to head off issues.

Wasn't sure of the problem with my shop door, called and told them my best guess. Came out and told me what had happened and ended up being cheaper for a simple fix. Highly recommend!
