absolutely terrible experience with them - No compassion at all. Was going to our sweet baby suffer for 4 days until they could "fit her in" She had been going their for her yearly check ups for YEARS - She wasn't unknown to them - They simply didnt care. Our new vet office is amazing and worth driving into Kingsport for - as long as your pet just need routine check ups maybe it'll be ok - Anything requiring compassion and remotely an emergency - Good luck!!

Very helpful and very nice people they helped my Yorkie that was kicked by a deer he was very bruised and had a decent sized tear in his side they didn't hesitate at all when I came in with him took him right back and checked him out got him cleaned up and did what they needed to do to help him unlike church hill I stopped there and they wouldn't even look at him they said no we are too covered up so mt Carmel is my new vet

My Dog gets an allergy shot every 3 mo months and a yearly check up in October every year without fail. When he goes in for his allergy shot the vet has to do a mini exam on him even if he don't need it. Other vets have just gave him his shot and that's it. I think this mini check up is just another way to get more money. He can't get his shot without an exam. So a 63.50 allergy shot ends up being 100 dollars. If he had issues I would tell the vet and they could check him but otherwise I think it's just a way to charge me more.
