absolutely terrible experience with them - No compassion at all. Was going to our sweet baby suffer for 4 days until they could "fit her in" She had been going their for her yearly check ups for YEARS - She wasn't unknown to them - They simply didnt care. Our new vet office is amazing and worth driving into Kingsport for - as long as your pet just need routine check ups maybe it'll be ok - Anything requiring compassion and remotely an emergency - Good luck!!

Had heartworm test for dogs. They refused to write a RX for heartworm medicine. Vet was supposed to call but never did. Do not recomend.

I'm very happy with MC Pet Hospital. the staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. the vet is a very down to earth person that does whatever she can for you and your pet.

Left me to wait for over an hour and fifteen minutes in my car. Called them after an hour and was put on hold immediately and disconnected after 6 minutes on hold. I finally walked in even though I wasn’t suppose to because of COVID and handed them their clipboard. Thanked them for keeping me waiting for over an hour and left. No consideration for the value of my time!

Although I live quite a distance away,and have tried other vets I have been taking all my pets- dogs and cats to Mt. Carmel for at least 15 years.They always treat them well, and have the needed equipment do their best and I appreciate that they always explain procedures and options and I trust them. .

We just picked our boxer hazel up from the boarding today!! Staff was excellent and took wonderful care of our dog, and cats while we were gone to the beach!! We will be back again next year when it's time for vacation!! Thanks a bunch to all the staff that took care of our fur babies!! Much thanks, give these guys 5

Mt. Carmel Pet Hospital is an A+ vet! After moving away from the area, I decided to continue using them, so I drive from Knoxville. They always take care of my dog, friendly and professional staff, and a clean facility. Both my dog and myself love Dr. Kitty and Dr Bonsor! My senior lab developed bloat, and they worked so hard to save her and educate me. Also they have a boarding facility! They took the same level of care for my dog that I do at home. I really appreciate that they took time to make sure my dog was comfortable. This vet clinic is a really great place and I recommend it for anyone looks for a vet!

As a pet owner, i know when it's time to let a pet go. I struggled with the decision for over a year. This vet, Calcote, was very unsympathetic. I felt like she attacked me. She shamed me & made me feel very guilty. I would not recommend her to anybody.
