Reviewing for LACK OF COMMUNICATION because there's no way to get in touch with these folks, so obvs impossible to review their work! They don't answer the phone during business hours, all calls go to a generic voicemail so you don't know if it's actually their phone number, and don't reply to messages left on that voicemail, so how is anyone getting service from this place? They were recommended by another local business so it must be good for some people, but if there's no one to answer the phone and set an appointment... ??? Heading to AJ's in Boone where they answered immediately and set an appointment - you know, like an actual BUSINESS.

We were visiting from Florida and my car broke down. George let us tow the car there and assessed that it needed a new transmission. We could not do it at the moment but he let us keep the car there for a couple days without charging us and then helped us load it to a trailer to tow it home when we were heading out. Great customer service and genuine kindness, highly recommend this place for service.
