Then they called me the very next day, like 2 hrs after the shop was "closed," to say the mechanic had stayed late working, decided to just take a look, and that I could pick my truck up in the morning. Will come back here every time I need something. A+”

“A little late in replying but I wanted to say these folks are quite amazing and will get the job done correctly the first time. My experience with Jim and Mountain View Service Station, after a breakdown with a brand-new 26 ft U-Haul truck was pretty amazing. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes, they got that truck halfway across the mountains and backed it into my driveway so I could unload it after being stranded on single-lane highway around the Linville falls area. They were a lifesaver. I wouldn't call anyone else.”

“Wes has worked on vehicles for my entire family and has been my go to mechanic for awhile now. He has always been very thorough and quick with his work. His rates are extremely fair. He has replaced brake lines, rotated tires, replaced a transmission, replaced struts, replaced engine mounts, replaced coil packs, changed out batteries, replaced radiator,replaced broken headlight switches,changed oil. On one occasion I gotten a newer vehicle as soon as I got it I had an issue took it to wes and turned out the dealer didn't tighten the lug nuts all the way down when they did its first roation at purchase. so the noise was the tire trying to move. That may not seem like much but that could've ended with me losing a tire going down the road if he hadn't diagnosed and corrected it for me. He is a hardworking and honest man and I'd highly recommend him!”
